Merci beaucoup pour votre aide, effectivement il me semble que le problème provient du thème car quand je mets celui par defaut, tout se passe correctement. Je vais essaye de voir si j'ai une solution a ce problème par rapport a vos réponses.

Hi, We are actually getting a recent problem with one of our websites which can be found on this url : https://www.telroi.re. Once we login or anyone does, it redirects to https://www.telroi.re/index.php?controller=0 We have another prestashop website on the same server, with the same configuration which is working fine, redirecting to the "my-account" page as intended but we are having this problem with this one above recently. Anyone can help please?

Hi, We are recently getting a problem with our product importation and would like to know if there is any solution for this please? I attached a screenshot so that you can get an idea of what I am talking about. Hi, We are using meta keywords for something else, not really SEO, but I would like to know if it's possible to make the meta keywords text capitalized instead of lowercase please. In the image the text becomes lowercase when saved. My prestashoip version is 1.6.1.5. Hi guys, we are actually getting a problem with our prestashop websites which is redirecting to ads website without our knowing. When we investigated, we saw that there's an unknown script in our header and don't know how it is being shown here. In fact all of our websites are redirecting to some kind of ads websites and they all have this script in the header. Bonjour, mon problème existe tjrs et voila la réponse que j'ai eu du service client : "Les logs indiquent que les soucis de retours ont lieu du côté de votre serveur." Apparemment le problème viendrait de mon serveur mais je ne comprends pas exactement ou et comment, est-ce-que vous avez une idée? Merci

Les paiements se font puis rien, pas de mail de confirmation, ni de commandes dans le back-office, on reçoit juste le mail : E-TRANSACTIONS: WARNING !!! Pour la clé, elle a été bien validée
