  1. Like the title, when i go to the Back Office -> Customers -> Addresses, and i try to add a new address, in this case of a company, when i reach the point where i have to select the country and i pick one, the vat number just disappaer. The store is italian and in this case i'm selecting san marino as country for this new address. Any hint? It works for other countries like cipro, uk, etc... can't figure out this one, i need help.
  2. up i also checked the crons i have, there are some about indexing and for product filters on front, but they took at night, instead the products have lot of same last update dates at morning... i'm confused to be honest
  3. Hello everyone. I'm facing an headache-like problem on ps 1.6.1.17... I just edited the AdminProductsController.php to add a column indicating the last update date for each product in catalogue->products page (it helps my team to work on older products, to see when a product has been updated last time etc...), but the fancy thing is i see a lot of products updated at a certain date and time without any operation on my side (no editing, no saving, no changes, no crons...). What else could it be? What prestashop could do periodically to change/save products? Let me know.
  4. Hello guys. I don't know if someone else found this bug, but I encountered an error while updating quantities received into my last supplier order. This is the scenario. I have 3 products ordered in my supplier order, let's say a, b and c. I ordered 20 quantities for product a, 100 for product b and 70 for product c. When the courier arrived at the warehouse, we found out different quantities, so we needed to adjust them into the supplier order. For product a now we have 28 to add instead of 20, for product b 97 instead of 100 and for product c 72 instead of 70. So, when we updated the quantities with those ones, Prestashop set the supplier order as completely received, when it's obviously false, since we still need to receive 3 quantities for product b (because 97 instead of 100). Anyone else with this bug? Do we have a public fix for that? If someone could step in to propose a solution, it woyld be very appreciated.
  8. Oh yeah, after the thread i tried several methods in a test server, even taking away the #, but in that case it tends to open the popup, refreshing the original page. I even put there the link directly but it opens the popup page in the original page as well. I even redirected the anchor to a specific part of the product page, like the footer for example, but it added the #footer at the end of the URL, that let the bug re-appaering. Odd
  9. Ok, that's weird. As title says, if you use the tag <a href="#", for example to open a popup with onclick method, it moves you to the top of the page and the quantity of the product you're looking at the moment is reset, so it puts the product as orderable and not available anymore. I guess the problem derives from the fact that PS adds the # at the end of the link when you click on your popup opener, and it detects that as a part of a combination that doesn't exist, so it says no quantity for it. I had to fix this popup problem with a javascript function, but i guess you should look at this problem. Let me know.
  10. Ok, i fixed this, but it's a bug. The solution was to set a percentage reduction based on quantity, not a specific numerical price reduction. Setting a numerical price reduction for the discount based on quantity, incredibly led to raise the price instead of reducing it, and sometimes, as written above, to the complete immovability of the price. I set this as solved, but check it please
  11. UP. That's not a must have, but i didn't find out a solution so far. Any help will be awesome ^-^
  12. Hi guys o/ I set a discount percentage based on quantity on this product (when equal or more than 5). The problem is, when i reach 5 quantity before inserting the product in the cart, the price changes correctly but the percentage discount doesn't. When equal or more than 5, it should change from -30% to -35%, but it doesn't. Is this a common bug or not? Any help to try to fix it? (actually, i don't know if it should do that, but i guess so...)
  13. Hello guys I'm looking for a module able to automatically set a discount value in percentage based on customer group. Let me explain better. Let's say i have 3 levels of reseller customers, dealer 1, dealer 2, dealer 3, as customer groups. Dealer 1 has the best discount, f.e. 40%, dealer 2 should have 30% and dealer 3 20%. It would be perfect to have a module that, specifying the first customer group and the decreasing discount, automatically set the discounts on the other specified customer groups. This is a particular request, i know. Instead, it exists a method to apply multiple catalogue rules to multiple groups at once? Following the idea described above, a method where you want to set discounts, let's say, for a single producer or category and, instead of duplicating the rule for each customer group, you can specify multiple personalized type of discounts for multiple customer group all in one single rule. Do you have any idea? Is there a module able to do that? Or, alternatively, how can be possible to implement this kind of feature? Let me know guys, waiting for an help
