  1. Yep, cookies and cache, all browsers. It's just not redirecting. Password confirmed as correct too.
  2. I tried most of those things without any luck. I can't delete all ftp because I have different programs installed on the same server. We really need some of the Prestashop core developers to look at these occurences and tell us what the problem is and fix it with an update. I have a video showing what went wrong.
  3. Hi. Yeah I had tried that before. That method is good if you don't know the password or need to manually change it. I did confirm with a hash generator that the password I've been entering is correct with your method though. The difference is when I enter the login credentials, there is no warning in red, it just loops back to the login page and doesn't redirect to the administration panel. On another note, I've been subscribed to your YouTube channel for a while now. I actually watched a lot of your Prestashop vids a while back to get familiar with the program. I have a video I was recording that showed what I was doing before I got locked out. My admin password and customer password is locked out, except for an internet explorer occurence where my customer password was logged in but now can't be logged out. haha...oh boy. But the passwords are right. This is the browser address before pushing the login button: http://prestashopsandbox.checkeecha.com/nhnpywwx5ucnvxi5/ This is the browser address after pushing the login button with proper admin credentials: http://prestashopsandbox.checkeecha.com/nhnpywwx5ucnvxi5/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=435d3ea04d3cccf8b169c8a145fcbdd2&redirect=AdminDashboard Only problem is the page never actually redirects to the AdminDashboard.
  4. Cleared all caches on all browsers and in the files on the server. Still no log in.
  5. Yup. No apparent error. I can't imagine anything getting corrupted since it's a dummy site and nothing was really done to it yet. Changed company name and address, logo, small stuff.
  6. This topic is definitely not solved. STILL a year later and Prestashop is having the same problems. I had an install have the exact same problems. One second you can log in and the next locked out for good on the front end and the back end. Sad thing is there was nothing really changed on the site, didn't even upload products or anything...
  7. I'm having the same problem. Here's what I did earlier today on a default install that I'm playing with. I logged in to the admin and turned the demo mode off, all default sales info went to zero, I turned it back on and sales info was there, then turned off and sales info didn't go away. So toggled that button a few times. I decided to log off the admin account. I also have a separate account for the front end as a customer, I couldn't log out on that account. I tried to log back in to the admin on the administrator password and couldn't log in. The passwords were correct but you couldn't get redirected to anywhere. I tried every possible way to change passwords but didn't matter. If the wrong password was entered a red warning would come up, if the right password was entered the login page would go no where. I did two restores from versions that were from when the logins worked. Nothing helped. Tried various "fixes" on the web and couldn't get things to work again. I'm actually doing a video series on Prestashop vs. Magento and unfortunately didn't get very far since the past 7 hours I've been racking my brain on this issue. Not sure what to do.

It's sad to hear that you doing a fresh install didn't fix the problem.
