Still nothing, lovely customer service!

I recently purchased a theme from Addons and it's also stuck in "Awaiting Validation". I paid with my Master Card and the payment went also through successfully. There was also said that the manual verification takes no more than one business day, we are now past two. Calling/E-mailing/Live Chat has no response. I believe there is not much left to do. What can be done, can we at least refund if there is no progress at all? Thanks!
