Hello everyone, I'm a prestashop beginner and there are several problems occuring when I try to import some Adresses. The main problem is that the error message says, that the mailadresses (of possible Institutions we want to cooperate) couldn't be found in the database and so not be confirmed. General question: do I first need to create and import some customer data? (that in my case wouldn't exist because I just want to import the data off possible cooperation partners) Also: In my csv file not all rows are filled with Data (for example Last Name/First Name), ist this a problem? I hope you can help me! Thank you Helen

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe ein Porblem beim upload meiner Adressen. Nach Zuweisung der Variablen zu meinen csv Spalten klicke ich auf "import" und erhalte dan eine Fehlermeldung laut der besitmmte mailadressen nicht in der Datenbank existieren (ID wird eingeblendet) und somit nicht bestätigt werden können außerdem erhalte ich folgenden Hinweis: "kein Eintrag in Adress -> firstname" Ich habe noch keine Kunden importiert, da ich gerne zuerst eine Adressenliste importieren möchte, falls das eine Rolle spielen sollte. Kann mir jemand die Meldungen erklären bzw. sagen welche Schritte nun nötig sind? Liebe Grüße Nyama

Guten Tag zusammen, ich bin ein Prestashop Beginner, bisher hat alles gut funktioniert, beim Import von Adressen gibt es allerding Probleme. Ich kann die Exceldatei hochladen und weise meinen Kategorien die entsprechenden Presta-Variablen (mail, Straße etc.) zu. Beim import selbst wird mir dann eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt (Foto angehängt). Z.b. wird bei einigen Kategorien eine identification number benötigt. Könnte mir jemand weiterhelfen? Ich wäre sehr dankbar. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Helen

Hello everyone, (I added an picture of the notification) I'm a prestashop beginner and did quite well so far, but at the moment I'm having problems with the data import of adresses. I just want to import an adress file but when I choose "import" after the successfull assignment of my data columns with the presta variables, I'm receiving an error notification, that I can't handle. Does anyone have any idea of what I did wrong? Do I need to create customers first before I import some adresses? (In this case the data is about adresses of possible suppliers, so I didn't create any customer set). I would be really relieved if someone could help me. Thank you!

Hello, i'm a Prestashop beginner and here is my first Problem: I've installed a new theme from Presta Add-ons. Now i would like to set up my theme with the help of the "Theme Configurator", but I can't find the Link. I can only see the link called "advanced settings" next to my theme. The "Theme configurator module" is installed and active. When I use the old theme, the link called "Theme Configurator" turns up. What can I do, to use the theme confogurator for my new Theme? I uploaded a Screenshot. Greetings, Helen

Hallo, Ich bin erst seit kurzem bei Prestashop und habe nun ein Problem. Ich habe mir mir bei Presta Add-Ons ein Template installiert und es wurde soweit im Shop übernommen. Wenn ich nun das Template über den Template Konfigutator einrichten möchte, wird mir der Link hierzu nicht angezeigt. Es ist mir lediglich möglich auf den Link "erweiterte Einstellungen" zuzugreifen. Das Template Konfigurator Modul ist allerdings installiert und aktiviert. Verwende ich das vorherige Template, wird der Link "Template Konfigurator" wiederum angezeigt. Ich habe einen Screenshot hinzugefügt. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen? Gruß, Helen
