I don't remember how I solved it, because I tried every suggested solutions found in this forum and suddenly the problem solved. One of the steps I tried was setting the file permission, folder 755 and file 644. I changed the permission of every single folder and file, one by one. Plus, my hosting server had some problem previously which causes my site to down several a day. Hope this helps.

OH NO! I disabled Friendly URL option and it works! But I wish to enable the option for SEO. I tried disabled Friendly URL > force compilation and clear cache > enable Friendly URL , the errors still exists.

Hi, I have logged in to user account in my shop. It shows my user name at top right, means I have logged in. When I click to the product page, which allow me to see the product details and add to cart, I saw my top right become Login | Register instead of user name. Then, when I back to product list page, it shows my user name at top right again. Is this causes "Impossible add product to the cart" ? Any hints to fix it? Thanks in advance. Regards, Munnie

Hi all, My site constantly down at every single hour for about 5 minutes plus. After 5 minutes plus and refreshed, the site back to normal again. After an hour, it down again... The front office shows Error 500 (Internal Server Error). Not even a new error shown in the error log. Any hints to solve this issue? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
