Hi i'm using prestashop 1.7 and got this wierd thing going on right now. I have a product that can be adjusted. a different link can be chosen on each side. The problem is in the following, If you look at all the products you see add to the car standing next to the product while still having to choose what the customer wants at both ends. In the back office is the button show button "add to cart when product got attributes". I have now switched it off. but even if I change this to, there is still an ankle button to add to cart. This must be possible differently ....

Solved! Go to your DB and then you look for the table "prstshp_configuration" There looking for: PS_SAV_IMAP_URL PS_SAV_IMAP_PORT PS_SAV_IMAP_USER PS_SAV_IMAP_PWD and remove all value here and replace it for a "0". store and the customer service page is accessible again!

Opgelost! Ga naar je DB en vervolgens zoek je naar de tabel "prstshp_configuration" zoek daar naar: PS_SAV_IMAP_URL PS_SAV_IMAP_PORT PS_SAV_IMAP_USER PS_SAV_IMAP_PWD en verwijder alle waarde hierin en vervang het door een "0". opslaan en de klantenservices pagina is weer bereikbaar!

Hi everybody, I run into the following problem. I wanted to Customers>Customerservice specify an IMAP server. After filling in the data the page was loading for a long time. I then clicked on the dashboard to see if the whole system was not stalled or the like This was not the case. So back to the customer service page ... ... ... Hoi allemaal, Ik loop tegen het volgende probleem op. Ik wilde bij Klanten>klantenservice een imap server opgeven. na het invullen van de gegevens bleef de pagina heel lang laden. Ik heb toen op de dashbord geklikt om te kijken of het hele systeem niet vast gelopen was o.i.d. Dit was niet het geval. Dus weer terug naar de klantenservice pagina... ... ... Niet dus want deze word dus niet meer geladen. er komt op een gegeven moment een melding 504 Time-Out. Alle andere pagina's onder klanten werkt wel enkel klantenservice niet. Nu heb ik geprobeerd om te kijken in de DB om daar de gegevens te verwijderen maar ik kom het nergens tegen. Ook heb ik de max_execution_time verhoogt naar 300. Dit mocht ook niet baten.
