Basically, the problem is with page-loading-time and I GUESS javascript: when I click on the "next page" button, If i then immediately move the mouse somewhere else, It'll open that link instead of the one I was trying to load... Hi, I've recently launched my website but I've come to realise that my server's RAM is exploding ( it never goes bellow 1.6Gb.) and the website is very slow.. I'm not sure why this is happening, it happens even at 2am, when no one is online! What could be the cause of this? Some info: Prestashop 1.6.1.6 Compile files only if they're changed Cache: yes Type of cache: files Clear cache: never CCC -> no Depth of cache: 1 *** Num of products: 6494 Num active products : 4400 Num online ppl last 30 mins : always around 30 thanks in advance for your help! Hi, When clients try to pay using paypal, in my Prestashop shop, they get the following error: TIMESTAMP -> 2016-10-05T01:20:42Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10725 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Country Error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> There was an error in the Shipping Address Country field L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error I think it has to do with the fact that my countries are "Portugal Continental" and "Portugal (Ilhas Madeira e Açores)" instead of just Portugal (see images). However, I'm not sure this is the case. Could you please help? Thank you, Carolina

I'm ripping my hair out: I've changed my store from crafypapersco.wt.pt/prestashop to crafypapersco.wt.pt, by moving the files using the Cpanel->File Manager. I've then changed the DB ps_shop_url (maintained everything, changed "physical_url" to "/" instead of "/prestashop/")... However, now I can't access my website (both frontOffice and backOffice..) I can see the back office login (without css or js after I deleted the cookies!!), but I can't login... Can you please help me? Thank you!!

Also, the page is not configured (no images, everything is on the left of the page... )

This is what I did: 1) Disable cache 2) Move files (after that admin panel doesn't work anymore) 3) Use phpMyAdmin to edit table ps_shop_url. Edit the field 'physical_uri' to reflect the changed location of your shop 4) Go to the new URL back office -> UNNABLE TO LOGIN Please help! Thanks

Hi! I've added my prestashop store inside public_html/prestashop and now I want to access it like www.myshop.com but I can't! It has to be www.myshop.com/prestashop . How can I change it to the desired directory without changing anything?? Please help. Thank you!!
