  1. Hi ! I'm "upping" this topic, I have the same exact problem --> 0.0000 when importing products with "Unit" and "Price per unit" -- is there forbidden characters that would break the whole chain? Majority of my products have a unit price per "kg", some per "pièce" or "botte" and sometimes "pièce (xxx grams".
  2. Hi tilekus ! were you satisfied with your option on the long range? Would you mind sharing the procedure? Very interested in the same exact thing Thanks !
  3. Bonjour, A-t-on trouvé une solution à ce problème? J'ai exactement le même... configuration SMTP OK pourtant, hébergé OVH. Ca marchait jusqu'à il y a 1 semaine...
  4. Hi everyone, I have two issues I can't figure out: - Ajax Cart (which I put in a floating menu): when I have too many products, the Order box disappear (and Ajax Cart only shows 6 products) - product_list.tpl -> when I click on "Add to cart" directly, the pop-up that opens (to allow to checkout or continue shopping) doesn't show properly --> It shows in the middle of the page, as it should be, for the first product, then disappear progressively when I scroll down, see screen shots. The only thing I modified in the product_list.tpl is the truncate for title & short description, as well as removed the UTF-8 formatting for short description -> could the bug come from that ?! Thanks a lot for your feedback !
  5. Just so you know, I actually easily solved this, and realize my issue was because of my lack of Prestashop experience Here is the solution for people who would end up on this thread : -> When importing with specified image URL, Prestashop automatically import linked images into the right folder, according to its nomenclature (generating image sizes, etc) -> I created files "product/NAMEOFSTORE/" in the /img folder -> I directly put the img URL which is, here : http://www.mystore.com/img/NAMEOFSTORE/xxx.jpg" -> For better visibility, my IMG name is the same as my product ID (easy generating with CSV, then just change the name of the images themselves) Then : 1/ I upload the images on FTP -> /img/products/NAMEOFSTORE/... 2/ I upload the CSV file with the img URL 3/ I delete img of the /img/product/NAMEOFSTORE, since all images were duplicated and mini-image generated by Prestashop Done !
  6. Anybody? I'm also interested : What is the correct path for CSV Upload, if you don't want to type the URL, so it loads the image from the server directly? I put my product img in : /img folder of the prestashop (the first one, not the one of the default-theme) I tried ../img/products/.... ; /img/products.... and /myprestashopname/img/products --> nothing work.. It only work when I put the full URL. Is it normal ?
  7. Ok, it's solved: I just created a new transporter. For some reason the previous transporter, which still appears in the back-office, but it's obviously inactive. I would say it's a bug then...
  8. Thank you, but what do you mean by "add the previous transport"? if you refer to "add to each product", well, normally if you don't select any transport, it selects all the transport that are set up (and I have only one, and 1000 products ^^)
  9. Hi ! I'm getting crazy: It suddenly became impossible to finalize an order, due to an error saying "No transport available" (a bit longer, but still). However: - Stock and advanced stock management are disabled - There is only one transport set up, and it worked fine until recently The ONLY thing I did was install a "Bpost" (the belgian post) module, that created 3 carrier --> I just wanted to check it out, never used it, and actually removed the module straight away. Any clue? Thanks ! I'm getting quite crazy here...
  10. Hi Vekia -- following this conversation in private message If you agree
  11. Coming back here :-) I realize I wasn't clear enough actually. So yes, the module works just fine. But it only displays the available features. --> Is there a way of, basically, being able to select the feature you want on the product-list, to avoid going on the product page? Basically, I would like the right-column of the product list to be the same as the right column of the product-page --> so no need to click on a product in order to buy it with the feature you want.
  12. I could really use someone's help here.. still no solution
