  1. Has anybody found a way to remove /home/ from product URLs?
  2. Vekia, or another experienced Prestashop coder: Is there a way to bulk rewrite redirecting internal link URLs and update them to direct links within a site's database code (SQL, cPanel??)? For example - product a was previously at /home/paints/ceiling-paints/product-a.html by is now at /home/ceiling-paints/product-a.html - the Paints parent category having been removed from product URL paths. Can I bulk rewrite all internal links from static content (absolute links) to this product URL and others in the same category move? I have moved several sub-categories out of misleading parent categories, and I've about 200 internal links to products whose URL path I just need to rewrite - instances of /home/paints/ceiling-paints/* to /home/ceiling-paints/* and I'd like a time saving way to not manually have to chance all these internal links, and upcoming internal 301 redirects when I move further sub-categories out of parent categories.
  3. Thanks for the recommendation, and apologies for the delayed response. A further question, for Vekia perhaps? How can I get the mobile screen to scroll to the top when an item is added to the basket? At the moment, on mobile, when a product is added to the basket, the screen turns grey, as the basket loads at the top of the page. I'd like the page to scroll to the top for the user to instantly see the basket message. Is there a quick fix for this, rather than buying a new module? I'm simply looking at options I have and may not have configured correctly
  4. Hey. I'm having an issue on my site, where on desktop, when a product is added to the basket, it pops up nicely over the screen area. However, on mobile devices, when the add to basket is clicked (the button is halfway down the page), the basket loads at the top of the page, and it's not obvious to customers what's happening, as the screen becomes hard to navigate. Ideally, the basket would pop-up over the button that has been pressed, or the basket would pop-up and fill the screen, so the user can see it immediately, without having to scroll around to find it. From here, the user, as per usual on ecommerce sites, could click to go to checkout or continue shopping. Is there any way to alter how the mobile pop-up works and where its positioned/framed? Thanks in advance.
  5. Bump? Any update on this would be gratefully appreciated. I really need my website to return PayPal customers to the /order-confirmation page too. Thanks.
  6. Hi everyone, this is my first post on the forum and I hope somebody will be able to assist me on a brain-twisting problem I have. I've read through other posts and there are some very useful answers, but not directly to my problem and rather the default 'Latin' text that can occur in new-installs. The Hometext module is used to edit the homepage text on an eCommerce site I work with, but I am trying to edit the text and it will not update the text on the homepage. I have cleared the cache after updating the text, opened the window in a browser with no cache history of the page, but the page's content will not update. Can anyone assist me, please? Is there somewhere else (there's no other installed modules that edit text on the homepage) where a security setting is refusing updates to the homepage perhaps? Thanks, in advance.
