  1. So finally I asked a developer and he used code to fix it. Thanks for your help.
  2. Ok, what's the risk to restore? Because I'm in the dark now. Are we talking about a fresh install of PS? Or re-import all products?
  3. Should I restore via Softalicious? It's been almost a month I'm stuck now. It's a project I started so not much traffic yet, but I need to fix this.
  4. Ok, thank you. I found it and I can see this: http://prnt.sc/e4ofgt And I guess it's not what's supposed to be there. What do you think/recommend?
  5. I'm a noob and I don't know how to check the ps_customized_data table. I went to SQL Manager (I guess it's where it should be). And made this query (another guess from PS documentation): SELECT id_customization, type, index, value FROM ps_customized_data But no results. Can you let me know how to check the database? Thanks
  6. Thank you for your help NemoPS. To check the ps_customized_data table, should I use Modules and Services >> Prestashop Cleaner? Or is there a manual check to do? Edit: I checked if I could see the fields on a new product, but same problem. Text fields are not displayed...
  7. So, as there's no solution, I hid the tags with a css.
  8. Hi, I updated my website this morning (from 1.6.1.6 to 1.6.1.11). I thought it went smoothly, but I realized the text fields for customization don't appear on the frontend product pages anymore. I tried to: Remove/add and modify the fields - didn't work Add file fields - I could see them on the frontend Inspect the html page - didn't see anything wrong Inspect the product.tpl file - didn't see anything wrong Search the forum for a solution - didn't find one Can you please help? I'm selling customizable products, but users can't customize them anymore... A product page: https://sartoriasapone.com/home/42-thin-lychee-band.html Thanks in advance.
  9. Thank you for your answers scottgati and rocky.
  10. Any new on this subject? I started blogging on my website and I realized just today that the tags for the blog posts are not visible as well... Any help is appreciated If you want to check, I just put tags on 1 article, as it's not working: http://sartoriasapone.com/blog/16_wearing-belt-right-direction.html
  11. Hi guys, I face the same problem on my website... I tried the solution in this thread: - I found out that overflow:none; doesn't work for me. The result is the same as overflow:hidden; - I tried overflow:visible; but the display is not good on desktop (the block in the middle is on top of the right block). - So I used overflow:auto; and got a scrollbar. I tried to change the height, but it doesn't change anything on the mobile view, it just increases the height on the desktop version. Is it possible to get rid of the scrollbar and have a good display on desktop too?

  13. So, I signed out of my session on Prestashop and now I have 6 errors... Error found : Opening and ending tag mismatch: hr line 5 and body in country_module_list.xml file. Error found : Opening and ending tag mismatch: body line 3 and html in country_module_list.xml file. Error found : Premature end of data in tag html line 1 in country_module_list.xml file. 14. Hi edogatica, mdekker, Did you try this solution? Does it work? This morning I was editing newsletter_voucher in blocknewsletter and when I saved I got the following errors: Error found : Opening and ending tag mismatch: hr line 5 and body in must_have_module_list.xml file. Error found : Opening and ending tag mismatch: body line 3 and html in must_have_module_list.xml file. Error found : Premature end of data in tag html line 1 in must_have_module_list.xml file. They look similar. Should I try erasing things in the /config/xml folder too?
  15. Hi cafejoya, vekia, Thank you for this solution. I was working on the same thing and I chose to use the solution 2 in this article: http://www.majory-cubizolles.fr/blog/ajouter-un-accordeon-dans-une-page-cms-astuce-prestashop/ (sorry in French, but easy to understand with the English code) I edited global.js, my css and then the CMS page. I thought it was easier. I wonder if it's as good as your solution, and if it will stay after an update from Prestashop?
