    Hi, I have a problem: I have a product that you buy it appears a value of unknown carrier that I have not assigned in the range of weights and the value was not assigned to the carrier. I checked the weight and this ok and ranges carrier too , also i was testing creating a test product and is working ok . but that product just does not work. what would be the error?.

    Hi, I have a problem: I have a product that you buy it appears a value of unknown carrier that I have not assigned in the range of weights . for example, the product costs 21,000 CLP and is supposed by weight ( 200 g ) the value of the carrier would be 3,407 CLP , however I get a value of 155,643 CLP ,value that was not assigned to the carrier. I checked the weight and this ok and ranges carrier too , also i was testing creating a test product and is working ok . but that product just does not work. what would be the error?.     Hola tengo un problema: tengo un producto que al comprarlo le aparece un valor de transportista desconocido que yo no he asignado en el rango de los pesos. por ejemplo el producto cuesta 21.000 CLP y se supone que por peso(200 gr) el valor del transportista seria de 3.407 CLP ,sin embargo me aparece un valor de 155.643 CLP valor que no tengo asignado en el transportista. Revisé el peso y esta ok y los rangos del transportista también, ademas hice pruebas creando un producto de prueba y esta funcionando ok. pero justo ese producto no funciona. a que se debe este error.     Hi recently i was editing a product and when i pressed save the page was stuck and show me these errors: Error found : Couldn't find end of Start Tag b line 1 in country_module_list.xml file. Error found : Premature end of data in tag author line 1 in must_have_module_list.xml file. Error found : Premature end of data in tag module line 1 in must_have_module_list.xml file. Error found : Premature end of data in tag modules line 1 in must_have_module_list.xml file. Why appear these errors? i deleted my cache and works again but i need to know why appear these errors. thank you.

    i spoke with the hosting and i said that clean the cache. they deleted the cache and worked again

    i've installed the page locally and the login works. yesterday the page works good but today again fail the login

    no lo entiendo. ayer(domingo) ingrese a la pagina como de costumbre y me ingresó correctamente, sin embargo hoy (lunes) no me funciona de nuevo. algunos dicen que puede ser el htcaccess o la cache. no lo logro entender

    hola tengo un problema con el logeo e ingreso de clientes. resulta que cuando estoy en el menu de login e ingresar el correo y password y presionar ingresar deberia redireccionarme hacia acá, sin embargo me redirecciona hacia el mismo menu de ingreso , ademas al momento de hacer logout mi nombre y mis datos aun permanecen luego de haber hecho el logout Necesito ayuda por favor ya que necesito el login para el carro de compra. Saludos.

    i have a problem with the login and logout of my clients, when i write my email and my password the page should be redirect to my account page, but doesn't work only stay in the login page, also when i logout my name and data stills in the page when should be close the session. help me please

    hi i have a problem: when i create a new client by front office i insert all infomation but when i click in submit the page redirects to the login again , also when i logged in the page when i wanna logout the page logouts me but my name still here. what's wrong? help me please

    es que mi jefe no confia en el modulo. dice que puede tener un backdoor o algun troyano por eso la pregunta. saludos

    si. ahora he estado asignando asi que ya no hay problemas. Lo otro al parecer tenia que ver con el stock avanzado pero lo desactivé

    hi, question about module called: "Email Alerts". Is the Email Alerts module trusworthy or credible ? Or any problems like dump files or any virus, trojans, back doors,etc? thank you!

    hola tengo una consulta: el modulo de alertas por email es confiable, seguro, tiene algun troyano o produce algun bug? este modulo es fabricado por prestashop. Saludos.
