The error we are getting is: [Tue Jan 24 10:53:03 2017] [error] [client 81.137.251.134] PHP Warning: fopen(http://kml.lengow.com/plugins.xml): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/thefridg/public_html/modules/lengow/models/lengow.file.class.php on line 91, referer: http://thefridgemagnetshop.co.uk/admin869/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=144f1055b452f64479e84f96858765be modules/lengow/models/lengow.file.class.php on line 91, referer: http://thefridgemagnetshop.co.uk/admin869/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=144f1055b452f64479e84f96858765be I've looked on line 91 but I can't really see anything obvious to me, but I'm not an expert in CSS or coding so I'm not really sure what I should be looking for anyway. I've attached a screenshot of this area of coding. Any help you can give would be great! thank u so much

Hi there, We can't seem to access our website after upgrading, I've attached a screen shot of what is happening when we try to access our front office - clearing cache and cookies seems to help occasionally but then it reverts back to this. A2 Hosting say they can't help because apparently it's working all over the world, it's an issue only on our end, but as well as it not working through our factory here, it will also not load on my mobile (which is not connected to the same server as the factory). As well as this, we can't log in to our back office. We deleted the install folder as specified, and the login in screen appears, but when we go to log in the input boxes disappear and we can't go any further. Also attaching screenshots with this. Any help would be much appreciated as we've been trying to figure this out all morning and it's been down since last night now. Front Office Error: Login Page Error:

Hey Tim, old post but I just wanted to say, thanks! This works -
Hi guys! I have an issue with our site. I've set all our carriers up and shipping preferences. We should have Second Class as free shipping and then First Class and Next Day options should incur a charge. However, they are all showing up as free and I'm not quite sure why? Can anybody help out? Attached photos for reference. EDIT: I figured it out already, I had the Handling Fee option enabled on both the others, once that was disabled the prices showed up.

Hi guys! I'm having an issue here with pricing some of our products. I've set the Prices tab I've set the price for tax excluded, added our UK 20% tax rule and then have a final product price. I then have combinations, with the default combination having a Final Product Price of that which is in the Prices tab. However, when I then go to add my other combinations, the next combination has an increase in price. So I have set it all up as such and in the Combinations tab it says my Final Product Price is £4.20. Good! That's the right price! But then when I go on to our website, it is for some reason adding even more tax, to make the price now £5.65. Nooo! I'll attach some screenshots. If anyone could help me figure out why this is happening, as I want our front office to be saying £4.20 like the back office is! The only other way I've been able to get it to say the right price is to turn Tax off, but a lot of our customers request VAT Invoices, and if the tax is off, the VAT won't be generated on their invoice! Pleeeease help!

Hi guys! Wondering if you could help me please. My Presta Shop site is being really slow - it's thefridgemagnetshop.co.uk we've noticed this site artoyz.com is a lot quicker and they're both presta shop sites. We have run out of support tickets but we're unwilling to pay for the support plan as it's clearly a rip-off and not worth the money - we would probably pay the money if it meant we were responded to straight away but it's not worth it for a 72 hour wait at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated p.s. do you think it's possible to run a presta shop website with no support plan? I'm guessing no. thanks for your help!
