  1. To be honest that report is not geared for ecommerce sites with image heavy front pages. You do need a good chunk of text on the page for the bots to chew through, but you should definitely put text content in the alt tags as you can be quite descriptive with that (16 words approx max). The keyword you used was quite broad and you would be better to try ranking that term with a geographic modifier on it - for example [keyword] gifts Manchester as then you could get local pickups looking to save on postage, then build out from there.
  2. Looks like you have got this sorted now. Though some of the pages don't give different language version fully, not sure if this is a Prestashop thing when site is relaying products in multiple languages, but the sitemap would be blank for some of the country pages. eg. http://www.computercentrale.be/en/content/21-netwerk-oplossingen English version (en)
  3. Hey Aart95, The best link you have on your site is to the www version of the https:// and not directly to the https://consoleproducts.nl version It is here http://www.chrispellefotografie.nl/partners.htm Your link is written on there as https://www.consoleproducts.nl which does not resolve correctly and also gives Avast safe zone warning. Just get the photographer to change it and that should help some. Then get yourself some more inbound links and you should be better off again. Cheers Daryl
  4. It depends if you have links to the old page url's. If not then Google will just recrawl and index your "new" content version and then should put it back, though a year is a fairly long time in seo online, what worked then might be different now. If new sites are in the search results selling t shirts then even if you had re-directed the old pages you might still be off the rankings from before because they have optimised more than you. So in summary if you had links from elsewhere pointing to product pages then it might be worth putting a redirect in still depending on what links they were.
  5. Yes. The right quality of links and of the right niche. People can still rank with unrelated links but the main ones will be from related sites. A few high quality links will beat hundreds or thousands of lower quality ones. Some of the image sites might get you high quality linkbacks and in a related area that your target customers might already be on. I'm thinking tumblr and deviantart particularly, but there would be others. Getting onto reddit or imgur would also be worth looking into, but you would need the right angle of story to not look like a spammer. I hope this helps.
  6. I sent you excel sheet to your email. Might give you some more link targets.
  7. Those above you are bigger sites in terms of numbers of pages indexed - one is 40 times as big the other 100 times as big. So they have internal pages that will interlink back to the main search terms within the site. You do have a lot of the same link profile but there are a few gaps which I will pm you about. The advantage you have is that they are sub pages ranking from the authority of the main site. You can be more specific to just your niche and with the right links you can climb back up.
  8. Sitespeed can sometimes be an issue, also schema is definitely playing a part more and more, if you are matching them in terms of link profiles. They might be doing black hat that is not apparent to non-seo's. If you want you can private message me the keywords you have dropped for and I can take a quick look at the serps. Are you aiming for google.com market mainly?
