  1. When I click 'Order with an obligation to pay' .. nothing happens. I'm using stripe. It just seems to sit there. When I hover over the button again, it just shows this symbol URL is in the image ***.co.uk
  2. Thanks for much. I think that did the job. I will check the prices tomorrow and let you know if there are any problems.
  3. I tried with specific prices but it doesn't seem to work; It's applying the pack(10) discount to S as well, when it should only apply it to L.
  4. We need a pricing structure for clothing that works as follows: Product 1 WHITE (S-XL) £2.00 , £1.90 [10] , £1.80 [100] BLACK (S-XL) £2.10, £2.00[10], 1.90[100] WHITE (2XL) £2.05, £1.95 [10] , £1.85 [100] .... To achieve the pack(10) discount, the customer must order in solid colour/sizes. i.e 10 x WHITE SMALL. Hence, 5 x WHITE SMALL, 5 x WHITE MEDIUM should not give the pack(10) discount. Keep in mind that some products can have 50 colours and 6 sizes. I would be really grateful if someone could help me out with this.
  5. Do you know where the documentation is for the Back Order feature on Prestashop 1.6? I would really really like to know how Prestashop handles these circumstances first?
  6. How can I charge customers an extra fixed amount for back orders? We want to put an ETA on our website for out-of-stock items so customers can still order them. Getting a bit tired of customers emailing and asking for ETA's, also losing a few sales this way. So if delivery is say normally 10.00 , I want to charge them an additional 5.00 for ordering items that are out-of-stock, to cover extra delivery charges. To confirm, i don't want to split the delivery charges up based on the number of items they're ordering. I want a straight 5.00 added to their order.
  7. Thanks so much. You have no idea how long I've searched for an answer to this.
  8. How can I get the customer to enter their company name when checking out? The field shows but the customer can just bypass it. Our terms are B2b, so I need to force them to enter a 'Company' name for the invoice address. Prestashop 1.6
  9. Hi Wasim, Not sure I know wha you mean. Once you process the order (normally set its status to SHIPPED), the option to Download the Delivery Slip will be available.
  10. The problem with this, is I don't want it to be mandatory. DNI, i think is only for Spain. Not charging VAT to VAT registered customers, is how trade within the EU works. I'm shocked that prestashop has addressed this issue. https://europa.eu/youreurope/business/taxation/vat/cross-border-vat/index_en.htm#withintheeusellgoodsanotherbusiness
  11. It doesn't work. I too need this functionality. Did anyone find a solution? I'm confused why this isn't included in Prestashop already.
  12. I just started getting this error as well. I'm not sure if was due to me updating the STRIPE payment module due to SCA. I had the memory limit increased to 512 MB but that doesn't do anything. "(timeout) A server error occurred while loading the tabs: some tabs could not be loaded. Please try again by refreshing the page. If you are still encountering this problem, please check your server logs or contact your hosting provider for assistance"
  13. Did anyone find a solution to this? PrestaShop version: 1.7.2.4
