I am not talking about upgrading from 1.6 to 1.7. i am talking about upgrading 1.7 to newer version of 1.7

@bellini13 seems to be working for others. Upgraded to 1.7.03 still have the same issue.

In one click upgrade i get the error: "Error Unable to check md5 files" and the Difference between versions animation keeps spinning. Any ideas what the problem is? Please see the attached image.

If they do not respond to emails sent through their email support system what makes you think that they will respond to a post in an add on support forum? I am a merchant so i am not a big fan of chargebacks. Just giving them a chance before i take that route. Thank you for responding.

I have made multiple inquiries to support for a non working module. I have yet to receive a response. WTF??? It's been over a week already. How can i get a refund?? Someone, please respond!!

A customer just alearted me to this issue. None of the solutions mentioned worked for me. Any new ideas on this?

Yes it should run fine in a php 7 environment, but has it been specifically optimized for php 7? Joomla 3.4 ran fine with php 7 however joomla 3.5 was specifically set up to take full advantage of php 7. The speed increase was dramatic.

If they want to support php 5.4 that's fine with me, however going to the time and effort to put out a major upgrade and not supporting php 7 is just ridicules. At the very least i think we deserve to know what future version will fully support php 7

Okay got it thanks. Not a coder so debugging row by row would be meaningless exercise.

HI. So if i interpert your response correctly that snippit of code is missing from my AuthController.php and the AuthController.php has not changed since PS 1.5.1.0. Right? So i should be able to extract AuthController.php from the PS 1.6.1.2 download and copy over my AuthController.php on my server. If thats what you are saying i tried it and same result. Perhaps i missinterperted your response? Bright
