  1. Hi All, I have PrestaShop with domain www.test1.com (working OK), then I have bought another domain www.test2.com, enabled a multistore option in PrestaShop and added the following virtual URL test2/ I cannot access www.test2.com when I type it in the browser. Please I have not done any DNS set up yet, I am with OVH. Please let me know what settings in OVH panel I have to add to make this work? I want to have 2 stores with 2 different domains thanks
  2. I finally got in touch with PrestaShop by sending them an email to [email protected] and quoting my ticket number that was used to migrate my store they were able to transfer my domain name to OVH. Now I updated my A record in OVH domain panel to point to my hosting and need to wait 48 hours for the record to update. what a process, hope this will help anyone that has issues like that after migration Thanks Ben
  3. Hi Musicmaster, that's the problem, I sent PrestaShop numerous emails, tried to contact them (an automatic answering machine says something in French and then hungs up), I sent them a facebook message as well, I am at a loss here, obviously when they migrated my store to OVH they forgot to transfer domain rights to them as well, this is why I am having this terrible issue. What's worse is that there is no way to contact PrestaShop unless you buy tech support tickets which starts at 179 EUR... Anyone from PrestaShop reading this please assist as this is affecting my business... Kind Regards Ben
  4. Hi All, I had a PrestaShop cloud which was then migrated by PrestaShop support to be hosted by OVH however after a month or so I noticed that when accessing my store via domain www.magneticnailsni.com I am getting the following: Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. So I have contacted OVH but they cannot help me as domain is owned entirely by PrestaShop. I can access my store from OVH subdomain which is http://astasglaew.cluster020.hosting.ovh.net/ and I can access the back office. Can someone please help me fix this issue? I raised this issue with PrestaShop support but no answer for 3 days now. What can I do here? Please suggest. Kind Regards Ben
  5. Hi, I have bought PayPal Pro Module and Installed in onto my Prestashop Cloud Store, it instantly said that it need updated Please see attached. After I click Update it, it says 'All modules updated successfully' Please see attached but then again, it keeps on saying it needs updated what is happening with it PrestaShop? I guess this is why I am unable to test my PayPal connectivity as it says 'Test connection to PayPal failed, your Client ID or Secret key are invalid, please try again' Please advise Thanks Ben
  6. ndiaga, thanks for the offer but I am not willing to pay $100 for your proposed module creation idea, I believe it is possible to do so using existing prestashop functionality I just can't figure it out how...any ideas people? Thanks in advance!
  7. Hi All, I am looking to incorporate a downloadable content such as Product Magazine from the Home page of the website. I cannot figure out how to achieve this as I don't want to make it as a product in catalog. I would like this downloadable content to be positioned past the right side of the home page slider. I will create a .jpg that guests will be able to click on and content instantly begins to download ( i don't want users to click more than 1 time to download it.) Please advise. Ben
  8. filters in Modules & Services in my Back office are set to the following when i type in 'scroll' in my <search> bar Filter by: Installed & Not Installed, Enabled & Disabled Authors: All Authors I can't be the only one seeing this issue? same happens when I upload any other free modules from mypresta.eu Please advise. Kind Regards Ben
  9. Hi Daresh, I understand that but what is confusing is that the addon on mypresta.com shows that it works with Prestashop Cloud link below https://mypresta.eu/modules/front-office-features/scroll-to-top.html PrestaShop Cloud is a totally free SaaS (software as service) service where you can host own PrestaShop store. As you probably know, you can't use there themes and modules that aren't a part of addons.prestashop.com store. Fortunately, each from our addon are also available on official store. This just means that you can use modules bought on mypresta.eu website in PrestaShop Cloud service. How to install mypresta.eu modules on PrestaShop Cloud? To install modules from our marketplace you will have to connect to your cloud account FTP service. Then upload unpacked module to /modules/ directory. Next, from your shop back office you will be able to install addon in the same way as other modules. You can see screenshots with detailed instructions below.
  10. Hi There, I have uploaded (unpacked) Scroll to Top module to my Prestashop Cloud 1.6.1.3 using Filezilla to the modules folder but when looking for this module in search in Back office-->Modules and Services I cannot see it. Please let me know if this is a known issue or is prestashop not allowing this module to be used, I would think if this module is blocked I would still be able to see it when searching for it... please note this is the first time I am uploading modules via FTP, I see the same issue when I uploaded uecookie law I am using FTP details from My Store Page ftp.pswebshop.com maybe I am uploading it to the wrong Prestashop or something? Please Advise
