Hi Musicmaster,
that's the problem, I sent PrestaShop numerous emails, tried to contact them (an automatic answering machine says something in French and then hungs up), I sent them a facebook message as well, I am at a loss here, obviously when they migrated my store to OVH they forgot to transfer domain rights to them as well, this is why I am having this terrible issue. What's worse is that there is no way to contact PrestaShop unless you buy tech support tickets which starts at 179 EUR...
Anyone from PrestaShop reading this please assist as this is affecting my business...
