Long time ago, but today I discoverd the problem still exist... The most strange thing at all, is when looking the webshop on my mobile, there are other images disappeared then on my laptop 🤔 1) wil it solve to disable cache? or will it be easier to look for the rootcause? 2) what should I do with the TTF files? In the frontpage, they are all original Really hope someone can and will help me! I really don't know where to start with solving this problem.

The problem was away for a long time, but today I discoverd it was back again. If I press F12 and click on the link (arrow 1) the file is selected at arrow 2. I really don't understand what happens there all the time Some-one who has an idea what to check or change? Bas

Did you checked your php version? Is it the same as required?

Thank you for your answer, it was okay for a few days, now the problem is back again. I checked with F12 and I see this: It seems that the images are broken? But why does it happen al the time?

Hi Guys, On my shop I have a strange problem... Sometimes the images disappear in the frontend: If I click on the link, the image is normal visible, and also the "quickview" works fine. In the backend the image is also there. If I upload the image again, the image of this product is visible again at the frontend, but then the image of an other product is disappeared. I'm currently running on PS 1.7.5.0 and didn't added some new modules. Is there anyone who has an idea what the solution can be? Many thanks in advance for you help!

Sorry, i didn't solve it but my hosted did it for me by moving to an other server. Probably the server was not set up right for this version.

Sorry, my mistake. There was an problem with Dreamweaver, so the files weren't uploaded during saving (normally it did) So every change I made was only local and not on the server 🙈🤔 Topic can be deleted

Hi Nick, sorry for my late answer, but it was a busy week. Today I changed to PHP7.0 (I know, it's not 7,2, but my hoster currently doesn't offer 7.2) but the update to 1.7.5.0 succeeded. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it, I was struggling with it for the last weeks...

Hi All, after updating from 1.7.3 to 1.7.5 I have a problem with viewing my website on a mobile device: As you can see, the cart-button and login-button aren't on the right place now. It's not possible to go to the shoppingcart. Hello all, I'm having an issue with my prestashop 1.7.3.3. I need to update is to 1.7.5.0, but the problem is, every time when I update (it occurs to every version, not especialy 1.7.5.0) i can't reach the backend. Before my last attempt I first disabled all modules and activated debug-modus and then started the update, but it was without succes. When I trie to acces the backend I see the screens as attached. Is there someone who has some suggestions for me to solve this problem? Thank you in advance! Bas

Ì only replaced contactform.php from my backup (PS 1.7.3.0), cleared cache and it worked. That was my solution.

Same issue here afteru pdating to 1.7.3.2. I found my solution here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-5347 Just replace the old contactform.php and it will work again! good luck!
