Hello everyone, I'm dealing with a strange issue on my Prestashop version, which is 1.6.1.14 (almost freshly installed). Within email templates each variable which involves a URL, like {shop_url} or {product_link}, looks like this inside the html editor: https://www . myshop . com/admin/{shop_url}. According to this setup, the final clickable link embedded into the email body is: https://www . myshop . com/admin/https:/www . myshop . com (we can also notice that there's only one slash after the second "https:" occurrence, which is weird too...) All my attempts to delete links before variables have been vain... Whenever I save within the "Localization->Translations->Email template translations" page everything is restored the wrong way. What can be the culprit? Thanks for any help.

Hello, I would like to ask if you can help me understand a very strange behaviour concerning vouchers. My Prestashop is 1.6.0.9. Let's take for example the last voucher I made. Highlight: Yes; Partial use: No; Priority: 1. Valid from-to a range of date I selected; Minimum amount: 0; Restrictions: Compatible with no other cart rules and Cart must contain products from a certain category. Free shipping: No; Apply discount: Percent (which is 98.33); Apply to: Cheapest product (to avoid multiple purchases of items which are actually semi-free). The result is a pretty confusing scenario. At first I thought that maybe this issue could have been related to my tax system (I set up taxes only for European countries, which are grouped in "Duty & Tax 22%". Under this group there are no other countries besides those within EU. It means that non-EU customers do not see taxes in my store)... However, I see that many customers from EU are experiencing different behaviours too. E.g.: - Spanish customer (correct behaviour) - 60€ product - Applies voucher which discounts a percentage of 98.33 (-59€) - Result: 1€ - Shipping cost: 25€ - Total cart: 26€ X Spanish customer (wrong behaviour) X 60€ product X "apllies" voucher which discounts a percentage of 98.33 (inside order recap from BO the correct discounted amount of 59€ is displayed), but a discount of 64.12€ is applied X Shipping cost: 25€ X Total cart: 20.88€ U.S. customer (wrong behavior) X 49.18€ product (60€ product without taxes, in this case) X "apllies" voucher which discounts a percentage of 98.33 (inside order recap from BO the correct discounted amount of 48.36€ is displayed), but a discount of 52.56€ is applied X Shipping cost: 35€ X Total cart: 31.62€ Thing which most impress me is that not only we are having here a negative discount but it even affects shipping cost... With a fake account I also made a purchase using addresses taken from customers which have found anomalies, unfortunately without being able to reproduce this kind of issue. Does someone has any clue?

Yes, I did create additional groups. I bought a module that switches groups automatically when customers meet certain conditions. Unfortunately it changes only default groups, leaving the old customer groups still checked. Group discounts work with the default groups and that part is ok, but vouchers, in example, work with all the groups to which customers belong... It could be a mess...

Hello, Did search a lot about the following issue, without any result. I wish to remove multiple customer groups from customer's profiles, leaving the default group as the unique group which the related customers belong. Is there a way to remove non-default groups? Maybe through the DB or with a php script?... My Prestashop is 1.6.0.9 Thanks for your attention/help .

Hello everyone, I need to apply group discounts instead of creating catalogue price rules. The downside of this method is that the price showed inside the Product-list doesn't give any discount indication. Product page price, on the contrary, is fine: original price is striked and the new price is displayed above. It would have been even better if the discount percentage had been shown too, but it's ok Please, can someone give me any hint? Thank you in advance. Forgot to mention that I'm using Prestashop 1.6.0.9.

Hello, I'm having issues with this Prestashop module. When customer converts a voucher, that voucher disappears. It also can't be seen inside the cart. Any suggestion? P.s.: forgot to say that the voucher exists and is well configured, only customers can't see it in their personal area.

An update: issue is partially solved thanks to an old topic, the solution posted by Gius3pp3 worked for me: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/337954-move-cart-block-to-nav/?p=1928301 Added the following to global.css: nav div.col-sm-4.clearfix { width: 300px; float: right; } Now search bar works again, still this is not my perfect solution. Blocks position is a little unaesthetic now... Thanks in advance for any input.

Hello, this is probably my fault, something that I've messed up... I've changed cart block and search block positions and everything works fine except for one thing: under a screen resolution of 768x1024 the search block stop working not letting you to access the field for writing in it. Maybe is something that can be fixed quickly... or maybe not. I totally defer to your experience. Thanks for any help. You can check here: Link.

Seems to work on PS 1.6.0.9, hope it holds! Thank you very much! Had this kind of bug suddendly: instead of saving edits inside products, I was thrown out of it, at the catalogue page... Just to know, what this change does?
