  1. thank you for this - i have these settings yes. the code does show just not in the right place and not quite right. it is very odd. it is also meaning it is unfortunately useless. I am also having trouble, when i add any kind of tracking code such as analytics or affiliate marketing code, to the order confirmation opage, it doesnt seem to show either.
  2. I have added a number of pieces of code to the order-confirmation.tpl and the header.tpl which arent showing or working. I have checked the code in the ftp files and it is definitely right but when you look at the code live from a webpage it isnt. can anyone shed any light on this? i am using leo theme alaska and have atached a screengrab of ftp code file of the header.tpl where you can see a code for sumome added which shows wrong in front end. please keep answers as tech free as possible as i am a layman haha

  4. hi there i have just changed hosting companies and now when i configure the email settings under customers, customer service, i receive this error message. Retrying CRAM-MD5 authentication after LOGIN failed., Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (authenticate) it was all working fine previously, and i have the email settings set up on both my outlook and iphone so i know that the info entered is correct. fasthosts (new hosting provider) have said - The error on the admin panel of the prestashop seems to do with the IMAP server settings which is using the MD5 authentication when it should be Password. I have checked somewhere else on your settings and cannot find it. I can only see the SMTP settings but not the IMAP settings. If you can locate the IMAP settings on your end, can you please provide a screenshot on it so I can check? i cant see any way to do this so any help would be much appreciated!!
