  1. Excellent. It fixed the bug. thank you very much. Cheers
  2. Are you running Linux or Windows Webserver? The following reference may help you with setting up a cron job but you do need to know how to write a php script to update the tables in diff DBs http://www.webmasters-central.com/article-blog/tutorials/cron-tutorial-managing-cron-tab-or-cron-job-is-easy/ Hope this will help
  3. hi Guys, Paul has explained this issue couple times in the forum. You can search out by keyword 'Paypal payment error.' etc. Try this module from Paul rather than using 1.6 one. the module is downloadable from http://www.ecartservice.net/08092008/beta-v2-paypal-module-prestashop/ Though it is not a perfect solution, but it works for customer payment by Paypal. If you are just using Paypal only, try upgrade to v1.2.2.0 or v1.2.3.0 and use PayPal API module. it works fine for me. but you need a commercial hosting account and valid Internet Domain name. Hope this help for you. Cheers
  4. Yes, I did use the Prestashop Paypal module (fresh installation). Just setup and PayPal account setting as instructed. enable the sandbox. but in 1.2.3.0 verions, it doesnot seem to work. When it returned, the purchased items are still in the cart.
  5. I have similar problem. I am using version 1.2.3 too. After process the payment in PayPal Sandbox, you click the button going back to your prestashop page. The item still sits in the cart. it didn't actually process. I didn't see any order made by that process. Any clue by this? I am going to try this on other old version and see if there is same issue. If someone has found out what is it, that will be thankful. Cheers
  6. HI, make sure the line is commented out (no ; in the front of it). I follow the fix. it worked. Hope it helps
  7. It looks fantastic. @Atch, good work mate. This is one of best templates I seen for Prestashop. Would you finish it as quick as you can, I can't wait for it. By the way, I am really want to know how you done this. Is it possible you make a guide of making it Or a Screenshot would be very nice. I reckon there are very few tutorial or videocast that show us how to customise or create new theme like yours. Cheers
  8. daryl, Nice work! Have you got a own website and post more themes for prestashop on it. I'll love to be your fan of your design for prestashop. Thank you again for the hard work and make it free to us. Cheers
  9. Very Nice! I love it and can't wait till it is out. Looking forward to having more of your themes with such art-feel design. Good work.
  10. HI Dianel, I think you work hard on this theme. But be honest, 66.39EUR for such theme is not worthy. I know it hurts but it is the truth from me. You could have done that better with less offer.
  11. @Hardrock, Yes, because of the conflict between the mootools.js with the one I mentioned above. they cannot to be used at same time. but it is up to you to keep which to go.
  12. Thank you Paul. You are the legend. Did you modify the js file in jQuery foleder? Because I have figured out what caused the problem. it is the jquery.pack.js. if I keep it, all the javascript add-on in homepage do not work at all. it took me a day to find out, just because of a line of codes. Anyway, thanks Paul and Shutzu for sharing. Cheers AngelOfHavoc :coolsmirk:
  13. Hi Shutzu, I think the problem with my slideshow is the construction javascription function (function startGallery()) is not working as it should be. it didnot contruct the paremeters. - I think this would be I don't know how to make that function work in .tpl file. Sorry, I was newbie for php. after I add your module, in home page, I just see all the product images listed without any effects. I really want this to work. Shutzu, may you help and provide your header.tpl and others. Thank you. AngelOfHavoc
  14. Yeh, I did copy your header from pro-shop.ro from view source. But it did not work. I think probably problem was the link javascripts files and css files in header.tpl. It was very strange. if following every thing (using your files) in new html page, it works. but if I put it back to homefeatured and header.tpl. it didnot work. do you think the seperate parts in seperate files making the problem?
