  1. I'm using the Prestalia Fastbay and Amazonsync modules. For the most part they are working well in terms of quantity updates and order/tracking number processing, but I'm having some issues listing new products to the marketplaces. For Ebay, I can't get my html listing template to render correctly, and Amazon won't list anything new (all products we're working with have been created directly on Seller Central.) The documentation is horrible (unless you speak Italian) and Prestalia is probably the most unhelpful support experience I've had....ever. Looking for someone with experience setting up these two modules to help finish the setup. Anyone????
  2. Prestalia has been a nightmare for us as well, probably the only bad support experience I've had on any module. I pointed out to them that their module should reflect the changing realities on the marketplaces, specifically that we should have carrier mapping between the marketplace ship methods and the Prestashop ones. They blew me off. Anyway enough whining. We worked around this issue by getting a module to allow us to change the shipping method on those stuck orders. Change carrier v1.7.5 - by Agencya
  3. Fair enough, let me know if you stop using the addons, I'm guessing the V2 versions will work with V3. Did you find a POS option for 1.7?
  4. Sorry ..... credit card swipe reader .....
  5. We do a lot of phone orders and we're getting a link to our payment processor API built into RockPOS V3.1.4. If you have that you can just add a credit card swipe to read the card data and insert it into the order. Our mod then will send the authorization request to processor and update the order status when it is approved. Shoot me a reply and i'll keep you updated on the status of the modification.
  6. Michel You didn't happen to purchase any of the V3 RockPOS modules like multiple carts or sales commission, did you? I'd be interested in buying the licenses if you no longer need them. Let me know. Richard RV Part Shop Canada
  7. Does anyone have any suggestions/advice on hiring a firm for product catalog development and management, description spinning, image management, etc.? Looking to outsource a project, but I was interested to know if anyone has had good or bad experiences and what I should look for when hiring an outsourcing firm or freelancer for this type of work. Any help is appreciated.
  8. Plus...this import is a modify only configuration, so I don't know how i can be trying to create a new record.
  9. OK, that makes sense now on The two country site have fully separate databases and I double checked to see if the store manager was pointed incorrectly, and it's not. Also, both sites are using 1.6.1.2, and I'm only having an issue with the one site.
  10. I'm trying to set up an automatic product import in Prestashop store manager for two separate country sites with the same content. The import works fine on one country. The data seems to be updating on the second country site, but at the end I get the "Duplicate entry '3' for key 'PRIMARY'" error message. This has happened before, and tends to go away, but it's being a little stubborn this time. I'm updating wholesale price, supplier, combination wholesale, combination supplier price and show price fields. I've looked at the obvious tables of ps_product and ps_product_lang in MySQL, but I can't see any duplicate keys Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this and what the fix is? Also, any idea wha the '3' means in the error message? 3 Duplicate Keys? 3rd Position? Any help is appreciated.
  11. Can anyone help with this issue? This is now causing issues with auto-assigning ebay store categories through PS Store Manager. Any ideas appreciated.
  12. We have about 45000 products on our store. We recently did a full recategorization with products residing on both child and parent category levels. I'm assuming Prestashop picked the default category based on the first category in the upload? but we wanted the default category (and resulting URL) to be the lowest level category. Anyway, I revised the id_default_category field in the ps_product table to be the correct category code for our desired default category. The data is correct, but I can't get the file to regenerate the URLs correctly. Tried regeneration of the htaccess file, no luck. Anyone have any ideas on how I can regenerate the URLS as www.mysite.com/desired_category/friendly-url.htm?
  13. I think we've possibly found the problem. It's related to our password keeper automatically filling in fields. We've disabled the autofill features and it seems to be working better.
  14. I have a very irritating issue happening with my data in the back office. When I enter a data form to modify a database entry, the existing data appears, then quickly disappears. If I then make a change to some fields and try to save, it prompts that I am missing required data. Quite a problem, because I have to re-do every field to then resave the record. This is happening on and off with all tables: customers, orders, products, even module settings. I tried turning off my form fills in chrome, reinstalling chrome, etc. but I can't get it fixed. I will try the other browsers and report back on this topic, but does anyone have any ideas on what is causing this?
