  1. Hi, Thank you for your reply. I can see all the data is there within the ps_address (DB table). The customers can enter their addresses into the data entry forms but after saving they then cannot see the data they have entered. I presume that all of these problems are linked together somehow. I will attach some images to this message so you can see what I mean... Image 1) you could normally see the address details shown on these pages, they are now blank after updating and saving the address data. Image 2) would normally show the address details next to the mini map. The area I have blanked out in red is the only area I can see the customer order address. The addresses are also not shown on invoices and delivery slips printed. There is just a blank space where the addresses would normally be. Any help is much appreciated.
  2. Hello, I'm hoping someone can help. I recently upgraded my site to 1.6.1.7 and have now noticed an issue in the displaying of all customer addresses. I have noticed the customer address is missing from the pdf invoice and delivery (there is simply a blank space where the address previously showed). The address details are also missing from the order page where they previously appeared next to the mini map feature. Has anyone else had this issue and if so does anyone know of a fix? All was fine on my previous install of prestashop 1.6.1.5 Kind Regards, John
  3. Thank you for your help! - That's exactly what I need. John
  4. Hi, I'm hoping someone can assist here... I have recently performed an upgrade on my site from 1.6.1.5 to the latest upgrade. Unfortunately after the upgrade has installed my site has some issues. When I try to access my orders from the back end I get the error "Bad SQL query Table 'xxx.ps_address' doesn't exist" I have looked into this and it appears that the table has been deleted from the database during the upgrade I have spoken with my ISP and they are able to get a backup which will hopefully work fine. Just in case my ISP have difficulties in obtaining the backup of my database could someone please tell me what the table fields are within ps_address just incase I need to go down the manual input route? Many thanks. John.
