Last week I started getting server errors when editing or adding new products. The errors stemmed from the Combinations tab (which now doesn't load at all). I was also getting errors with uploading images. The errors said the file type was invalid format, but it was just a normal jpg file I was uploading, the same way I have always done with no problems.
So, I've done the 1 Click Upgrade today so I'm on the latest version (1.6.1.1) hoping this will solve the problems. It didn't.
I'm still getting the combinations tab error, and now I can't even duplicate a product. So I'm completely stuck.
Anyone have any suggestions? I need to get my products loaded to start my Christmas retail campaign next week, so this issue is really really serious for me. I'd appreciate any help you could give.
