Hi, thanks for your help NemoPS, I've contacted with my Hosting and they fixed this problem for me: - They told me to uninstall module "Exploitation of data for statistics" which was overloading my database, they activated me PHP 5.6 and maximized the PHP resources and now it works perfectly. Hi, first of all thanks for the help, I've got a problem retrieveing passwords When I go to restore password I insert my email address, then I click on Restore Password and then, they move me to a 404 error page and doesn't sends me an email with the new password, I don't know what's wrong because software don't shows me an error message My URL is: http://onlysush-cp56.webprestashop.com/ you can go to this page and try to retrieve the password of the test account: http://onlysush-cp56.webprestashop.com/recuperacion-contrase%C3%B1a On email adress put: "[email protected]" and press "recuperar contraseña" button and you will see the 404 error page Y need help on fixing that please Thanks

Buenas tardes, Llevo bastante rato mirando el foro y no encuentro la respuesta a mi consulta, a ver si alguien puede ayudarme, ya no se donde mas buscar. En mi tienda reparto en Barcelona (Zona) pero lo tengo segmentado por codigos postales, así que tengo una Zona que es Barcelona, y otra zona que es Barcelona +3. Tengo dos tipos de transporte, uno que cobra 3€ si el pedido es inferior a 15€ (asignado a la Zona Barcelona) el cual funciona correctamente Y otro que estoy intentado crear para la nueva Zona "Barcelona +3" el cual sólo funciona si el pedido es superior a 20€ Con los rangos no consigo hacer que el transportista desaparezca si el pedido es inferior a 20€ Alguien podría ayudarme a configurarlo por favor?
