  1. Thanks for your reply. Where do you configure the email address that PHP uses for mail. The only one i found is in Store Contacts. THanks Jim
  2. Folks, Email being generated by Prestashop is being rejected by Yahoo. 554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons. My server is set to authenticate. The owner uses an AOL address for her store. Any suggestions? Thanks Jim
  3. I received a notice that Transactions Tag Value will be upgraded to 4,300,000,000; upon completion of the upgrade, all new transactions will be above 4,300,000,000 value. Payeezy Gateway clients coming through the Web-Service API or Hosted Checkout (HCO) need to ensure that their API integrations and databases can handle transaction tag values exceeding 4,300,000,000. Otherwise, you may experience a disruption in processing transactions. I have no idea if the First Data module will work with this change. Any help would be appreciated. Jim
  4. I continued searching and fell upon this post. Fixed my problem I hope it helps others. Jim
  5. I'm using 1.6.1.5. I'm having a nightmare of a time trying to figure out how to list the subcategories on the page when you click on the Main category. All it shows is There are no products in this category. I've attached 2 pictures one is how it is presently. The others is how (generally) I'd like it to look, minus the no products text. I found a post on how to do it in 1.7, but I can't find a category.tpl to experiment on. I found a thread on layered navigation block, but that seems to be for a left column. I would have thought it would be a check box to tick to display (maybe it is and I haven't found it). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Jim
  6. Add me to the list. Seems odd there isn't a free USPS. Odder that there isn't a response.
  7. Folks, The default cart display is huge and it displays a message that there was an item successfully added, though the cart is empty. I'd like to just have the little cart icon in the Nav bar. What have I done? Any help would be appreciated. http://woodenspoonplano.com/presta/index.php Thanks Jim
  8. I'm working on a shop using 1.6.1.5. The site is http://woodenspoonplano.com/presta/ Thanks for any help. jim I have a display issue after changing a category name. I've changed a category from Food to Food and Beverages. In the backend it displays correctly. When you go to the site and click on the Main menu, it displays the "old name" Food. When you click on "Food" The name displays correctly. I don't understand how this can be?
  9. I have the same issue only it displays the error message. So far everything seems to be working. I wanted to configure the theme module and this is what I got. Thanks JIm [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/pfladmin/public_html/presta14/modules/hipay_professional/hipay_professional.php: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/pfladmin/public_html/presta14/presta14/modules/hipay_professional/classes/forms/HipayForm.php' (include_path='/home/pfladmin/public_html/presta14/tools/htmlpurifier/standalone:.:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/php')
  10. That was the issue and it completed fine. I can go into the admin without issue so far, however when I go to the store I get a 500 Error. Where do I go from here. Thanks Jim
  11. I think I might have figured out what happened. Ran over the quota for that site. I'll increase it and try again. I would have deleted this post if I could figure out how. Jim

  13. That's part of the problem. I'm not sure how to get the data out and organize it. In the access database there are several tables relating to products and categories.
  14. I host 3 different candypress stores for friends and family. I want to move them to Prestashop. I'm in the deep end of the pool. These are all different versions of Candypress. I can't tell the version of the Onveos. 1 Onveos classic, access database 2 Shopping Tree 3.5.2.14, SQL 3 Candypress 4.1.2.30, SQL #1 needs only product/category/customer info exported and imported. #2 and 3 needs same, plus customer order history. I need to do this in an orderly one at a time fashion. I have someone that export the data, but they aren't familiar with Prestashop. I'd prefer a one stop shop if possible. I'd like to entertain bids for this work. If interested please let me know what you need to make a firm bid. Thanks Jim
