I tried to remove it, but its not working.. Still loading.... forever.

I already click the clear cache button. But result is still the same. How do I find the line 1716 in php file?

Response for support is very slow.. almost once a week. And few bugs in theme that is very hard to repair.. I regret buying their themes.. Now searching all kind of forum to solve my issue.
