Hello Everyone! I wanted to know if it were possible for me to have two different order forms. You see, I run a graphic design, web design business and I sell downloadables as well as regular products (eg. business cards). I'd like the customer to use a different order form for design services and another for ordering business cards and brochures. Does anyone have any ideas? Hello Everyone! Thanks to some of the threads on this forum I finally figured out how to remove fields in the registration form. The problem is I get this error message when I clicked on the Registration button: There are 5 errors : 1. country ID is required 2. alias is required 3. address (1) is required 4. postcode is required 5. city is required Now, I know I am supposed to do something with the address.php in classes. The trouble is when I look for the code that I need to delete (example: 'postcode'=>'isPostCode', I cannot find it. I am attaching the Notepad file with the code as I see it. I would appreciate any help someone out there could give me on this. I sell downloadable products and I want to make things as convenient as possible for my customers. Hello Everyone! I have a question about the customer address requirement when a customer orders a product. I sell downloadable products so I don't need my customers' addresses. Plus, it makes purchasing one of my products faster and easier. Does anyone know how I can remove the address requirement feature? It's important for me to note that I performed many searches and tried some of the methods talked about here in the forums. I tried altering the order.php, order-payment.tpl and another tpl file with disappointing results (the address requirement remained). In addition to the above problem I discovered a new problem. I installed a new script that added a button that would allow a customer to make a purchase without an account. But when I click on the button it takes me to the address page. This address page just seems to be everywhere no matter what I do. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Hello Everyone! I have another question/problem. I will be selling downloadable products and I changed the carrier in the Back Office to my company. Now, when I clicked on the 'Add to Cart' button I get this message: Hack attempt: "no default carrier". Can someone tell me what happened? Hello Again! I am trying to populate my store and I hit a brick wall again. I am trying to add a category and where it says "Friendly URL" there is an asterisk which means I must put something there. I am confused and I feel a little silly for asking this because everyone else seems to know the answer, but what are Friendly URLs and why do I have to have one in my categories? Mike, Thank you so much. I had used an installer similar to Fantastico. It is still in its Beta stage so I guess it wasn't working properly. Anyway when I installed Prestashop myself I was successful. You were a very great help. I hope you have a great day!
