  1. I bought a new template and for the life of me I cant get he "shop by" left sidebar to go away. (see pic) more or less its the left sidebar "sort by" I dont want it on there at all.
  2. Anyone know how I can remove the weight, price range, size on the submenu on products? I got a new theme and I cant get this ugliness removed! See photo
  3. So all of a sudden today, the new arrivals are not showing up on the mobile template. You can see them all on the computer, just not mobile. We just added new products yesterday (and they were on the mobile yesterday) But today it seems the mobile template is out of wack. We havent done any site editing at all. There is also a photo (all of a sudden) near the bottom of the banners on the mobile, but it is not there on the computer. ANyone advise how to fix this?? It just started today. Im a novice at that type of programming! My site: endlessxpressions.com its very off that we have had this site up since Jan with no issues like this - then today we have this on the moblie. Im just not sure how to fix this program issue
  4. So here is what I am needing..Currently we run an rep (affiliate) network though Jrox Jam as out affiliate software. We also do virtual online parties. Right now we do not have a system in place where a rep can register an online party for someone and a link of some sort be generated for them to give to customers to shop their virtual party. I am hoping that either a current module can be edited to suit our needs or perhaps someone can help develop such. I would need the links to somehow be tied into the affiliate links for sales tracking OR the links have the rep name included s they can get paid on all sales total from the virtual party. So example.. Customer X contacts REP A to host an online party. REP A requests us ( or goes right to a sign up for or module) to register the party. The system creates a link for REP A to give to Customer X to share with friends and family to shop. Hope that makes sense!
  5. OK so I tried this.. After I loaded the new fle to replace the other - I was no longer able to access Translations in the back office. Got "Server Error" ANY solution for this? Not being able to save these url prarameters is driving me bonkers
  6. Im beyond frustrated with trying to figure this out. I am hoping someone can explain this to me barney style as I am pulling my hair out. Ok so the URL variables in all emails from the system (Forgot password, order confirmation - ALL of them) have a dreaded %7Bshop_url%7D instead of "{shop_url}" I cannot get these changed. Obviously because of the odd% and numbers, the links are not clickable via the email for the customer. I have tried changing every single html template in my cpanel - DOESNT SAVE I have tried changing it in translations - DOESNT SAVE This is SO annoying that I cannot get this fixed. I mean really.. if someone forgets their password and the link doesnt work in their email for the forgot password - how the heck are they to get a password!! Not only am I frustrated by my customers and affiliates are too. How in the heck does this get fixed???? I followed one method previous about changing out the admintranslationscontroller.php - Yeah ok - so what it did after I loaded it is not let me in the translations section AT ALL.. so I had to revert it back. Below is an example of an email template. I switched to prestashop from opencart.. and with these little issues, Im about ready to switch back. TOO many programming issues I have come accross in 2 months Can someone please advise me or point where where to go to fix this? Makes NO Sense to have url links in an email that DONT work!! <table class="table table-mail" style="width:100%;margin-top:10px;"><tbody><tr><td class="space" style="width:20px;padding:7px 0;"> </td> <td style="padding:7px 0;" align="center"> <table class="table" style="width:100%;" bgcolor="#ffffff"><tbody><tr><td class="logo" style="border-bottom:4px solid #333333;padding:7px 0;" align="center"><a style="color:#337ff1;" title="{shop_name}" href="%7Bshop_url%7D"> <img src="%7Bshop_logo%7D" alt="{shop_name}" /></a></td> </tr><tr><td class="titleblock" style="padding:7px 0;" align="center"><span style="color:#555454;font-family:'Open-sans', sans-serif;font-size:small;"> <span class="title" style="font-weight:500;font-size:28px;text-transform:uppercase;line-height:33px;">Hi {firstname} {lastname},</span> </span></td> </tr><tr><td class="space_footer" style="padding:0;"> </td> </tr><tr><td class="box" style="border:1px solid #D6D4D4;background-color:#f8f8f8;padding:7px 0;"> <table class="table" style="width:100%;"><tbody><tr><td style="padding:7px 0;" width="10"> </td> <td style="padding:7px 0;"> <p style="border-bottom:1px solid #D6D4D4;margin:3px 0 7px;text-transform:uppercase;font-weight:500;font-size:18px;padding-bottom:10px;">Order {order_name} - Processing</p> <span style="color:#777;"> We are currently processing your <strong><span style="color:#333;">{shop_name}</span></strong> order with the reference <strong><span style="color:#333;">{order_name}</span></strong>. </span></td> <td style="padding:7px 0;" width="10"> </td> </tr></tbody></table></td> </tr><tr><td class="space_footer" style="padding:0;"> </td> </tr><tr><td class="linkbelow" style="padding:7px 0;"><span style="color:#555454;font-family:'Open-sans', sans-serif;font-size:small;"> You can review your order and download your invoice from the <a style="color:#337ff1;" href="%7Bhistory_url%7D">"Order history"</a> section of your customer account by clicking <a style="color:#337ff1;" href="%7Bmy_account_url%7D">"My account"</a> on our shop. </span></td> </tr><tr><td class="linkbelow" style="padding:7px 0;"> </td> </tr><tr><td class="space_footer" style="padding:0;"> </td> </tr><tr><td class="footer" style="border-top:4px solid #333333;padding:7px 0;"><a style="color:#337ff1;" href="%7Bshop_url%7D">{shop_name}</a></td> </tr></tbody></table></td> <td class="space" style="width:20px;padding:7px 0;"> </td> </tr></tbody></table><p> </p>
  7. APPARENTLY the system doesnt save this change. ALL my emails have those funky numbers where "{ }" should be. NOTHING is saving.. I tried to do a different solution that was posted regardind uploading a new Admins translationscontroller.. BUT after doing so it wouldnt let me even get into the transitions, so I had to revert back How do you fix these issues?? None of the emails going out to customers have clickable links. New registration.. forgot password...order status.. changes.. shipping. ITS driving me bananas!! I truly thought switching to PS was a good idea from opencart.. and im regretting this move.
  8. So when a customer does the Forgot password, an email is sent to them. However the link inside the email is not working. I am not sure why. Im sure im overlooking it.. but I cant figure it out. So the email reads as: Please note that this will change your current password. To confirm this action, please use the following link: https://www.endlessxpressions.com/rep/password-recovery?token=012f0a471c5305ada2698c54b2cc60b7&id_customer=2 HOWEVER, the link is not clickable; well I should say it doesnt go anywhere on the password_query template I see the following: <td style="padding:7px 0;"> <p style="border-bottom:1px solid #D6D4D4;margin:3px 0 7px;text-transform:uppercase;font-weight:500;font-size:18px;padding-bottom:10px;">Password reset request for {shop_name}</p> <span style="color:#777;"> You have requested to reset your <span style="color:#333;"><strong>{shop_name}</strong></span> login details.<br /><br /> Please note that this will change your current password.<br /><br /> To confirm this action, please use the following link: <br /><a style="color:#337ff1;" href="%7Burl%7D">{url}</a> </span></td> <td style="padding:7px 0;" width="10"> </td> </tr></tbody></table></td> Im ASSUMING it has something to do with that -(the red text) but I am unsure.. Can anyone point me to what Im doing wrong or overlooking?
  9. Much appreciated to both! Now for my hair to grow back after I have pulled it all out! My affiliate tracking isnt picking the sale up - so now onward to figuring that out. Again, thank you so much!
  10. I turned the Use PayPal In Context Checkout to NO and it seems to be working. Now I just hope it doesnt mess up my affiliate script and logs commissions Thanks!
  11. Boy, I wish there was an easy solution.. my staff is going crazy over this. Im not techy so Im pulling my hair out. Would be alot easier if they fixed the new module to work. Never had an issue with my opencart or zen carts.. but here im having major issues. Loosing sales, lost sales, commissions.. its a mess!
  12. Yes I did My site is endlessxpressions.com/rep I have a test product "test" Added it to my cart to try it, went to checkout. Clicked PayPal and nothing happens
  13. Thanks Installed it. Set it up. However when I add my test item to the cart and go to check out. I click on the pay with paypal and nothing happens Link is like void.. not sure why <a href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="" id="paypal_process_payment" title="Pay with PayPal"> <img src="/rep/modules/paypal/views/img/logos/GB_PayPal_logo_100x45.gif" alt="Pay with your card or your PayPal account"> Pay with your card or your PayPal account </a>
  14. Not to mention... NOW im having the issue where a payment is made via paypal.. and not coming back to PS. I see them in abandoned orders. Not all, but more then 5 is enough to make it an issue. Not sure if thats "express" or the entire module
