    Ciao a tutti, Ho acquistato il modulo Google Merchant Center che esporta in Google Shopping le categorie di prodotto selezionate. Sto riscontrando problemi a far accettare a Google Shopping i prodotti inseiriti nel mio ecommerce. Di seguito il problema: Identificatori prodotto insufficienti: mancano due attributi su tre (gtin, marca, mpn); Problemi di contorno, so che Google Shopping non accetta siti che non sono protetti da SSL, il sito è protetto da SSL ed è attivo su registrazione e carrello. Il campo Gtin in Prestashop è compilato, in quanto ho inserito gli EAN dei vari prodotti; il campo Brand dovrebbe rappresentare il produttore, il quale l'ho associato a ciascun prodotto. Il campo MPN non so a quale campo corrisponde in Prestashop. Sono corrette le associazioni Gtin --> campo EAN di Prestashop Brand --> Produttore MPN --> ?? Compilando quei 3 campi Google Shopping dovrebbe automaticamente accettare i miei prodotti? Ciao e Grazie in anticipo a chi riuscirà a darmi qualche delucidazione in merito

    Ciao a tutti, forge.prestashop.com ha trovato la soluzione al bug, l'ho testata e funziona! La condivido immediatamente con voi. Dovete aggiornare in ogni caso all'ultima versione per chi non ce l'ha ancora. Copiate il file statesManagement.js che trovate a questo indirizzo: themes/default-bootstrap/js/tools/statesManagement.js nella cartella del vostro tema attualmente attivo nello stesso percorso themes/VOSTRO-TEMA-ATTIVO/js/tools/statesManagement.js (In quel percorso esiste già un file ma non è corretto, quindi sovrascrivete il file quando lo copiate). Fine.. tutto qua.. funziona come si fa a segnalare come solved il topic? Buon lavoro a tutti e grazie per il supporto di chi ha partecipato al topic

    Hi Shacker, thx for your support, I have tested the live demo ( http://demo.prestashop.com/it/?view=front ) and it works fine.. i don't know which is the cause.. but i've seen in the forum, that many people has this problem at the moment, with version 1.6.1.0 and with the latest 1.6.1.1.... i will try other test searching the cause of the problem... but, of course, if somebody have the solution... is welcome

    Certo Lui1969, appena ho notizie posto la soluzione. Se qualcuno in ogni caso, avesse la soluzione in anticipo, è sempre ben accetta.

    Ciao Lui1969 e grazie del supporto. Il bug si presenta sia sulla mia versione 1.6.1.0 sia sulla 1.6.1.1 (ho visto che sono nati altri 2 topic, uno in inglese e uno in spagnolo, di utenti che hanno la versione 1.6.1.1 con lo stesso problema). Ho appena segnalato il bug a http://forge.prestashop.com Grazie del supporto Se qualcuno avesse trovato cause o soluzioni al problema è benvenuto nel topic

    Hi Guys, i'm from Italy, i have the same problem with Zip code. In override/controllers/front/ i have only the index.php ..no other files. I have deleted also the NNNNN value but the result is always an error. PS. If you try to continue the subscription with the zip code error, you can successfull finished it .. the problem is only the "red color" of the input box...! it's a very singular error...

    Ciao a tutti, ho un problema con il mio ecommerce Prestashop versione 1.6.1.0. Ho cercato ovunque sul forum e online ma non ho trovato nulla sinceramente per risolvere questo problema.. Durante la compilazione della form d'iscrizione utente, quando l'utente inserisce i dati nel campo Codice Postale (CAP) qualsiasi sia il contenuto inserito nel campo, viene sempre segnalato di rosso come se il contenuto del campo non fosse corretto. Premetto che ho controllato nelle impostazioni dedicate al CAP e attualmente ho attivo il campo con le impostazioni NNNNN, dunque dovrebbe accettare per corretto qualsiasi numero di 5 cifre. Altro particolare, se provo ad avanzare con l'iscrizione, riesco a terminarla, quindi il sistema riconosce che i dati sono corretti ma segnala comunque di rosso il campo quando viene compilato. E' già accaduto a qualcuno e avete trovato soluzione? Qualcuno ipotizza soluzioni o cause del problema? Grazie in anticipo a tutti dell'aiuto!

    Hola, por desgracia yo no hablo español... i'm italian. I have the same problem of Rubenmo. The postal code works fine but when you insert the text in the input box, the box is always red. My Prestashop version is 1.6.1.0 . Someone have the solution? Thanks for support guys
