Seems they maybe issues with prestashop hosted on cloud, as I have set up loads of websites, and changed the url to point to set ip address in A records, but prestashop although shows my website as active, and I made primary it still takes me back to prestashop, or I get https errors although my url is not https.... 4 days now and I gave up shopify for this, my customers cant access my site, I sent ticket for another issue, 3 days ago and no response, thanks prestashop for making my days stressful, really don't understand why simple job turns into nightmare... so if someone can suggest something to get my site live i would be so very happy..... Thanks

hi, I have similar issue, I point mine to the ip address they advised me too, my url is with 123 reg, but everytime I click on my url it just keeps taking me to prestashop, does not bring up my website, although I have made it the default link, prestashop is hosted on cloud, hope someone can help please as been 4 days, I also moved from shopify and beginning to regret this move, as my customer cant get to my store, www.gilafare.co.uk Please can someone help me as driving me nuts
