  1. Authorize.net support told me to ask my plugin developer this questions. "The plugin unfortunately is not created on our end, so we cannot help with that. However when you speak to the developer for the plugin in, as them this, "Does Prestashop have your customers resubmit the information after it fails or do they allow them to just hit the Pay Now option with all previous information still on the screen?" What may be happening is that the Plugin creates a Token for conversion, when it declines/fails that Token expires as well." Time to go to plugin developer to see if the issue is on their end.
  2. Authorize.net support says their system has nothing to do with this. Here is a quote from Authorize.net support: "I have read your post. However we can only process what we are told to process. We do not make any edits or changes when a transaction fails or Declines. For us it just declines. The only thing that I can recommend, is that I can send you an Integration Issues template." They claim Prestashop does the all coding for the conversions, it's a Prestashop issue. Now I wonder if I need to reach out to my Authorize.net payment plugin, if the coding issue resolves in that plugin?
  3. So the currency conversion issue would be with Authorize.net directly? There was multiple declined transactions, which seems to mach the issue of the other person in the post you sent.
  4. My store is overcharging on the last few international orders. Our default currency is set to USD. I just received and order from Denmark and we are located in the USA. I can see the conversion ratio for the Danish Krone to USD is currently at: 7.305203. The price of my product in USD is set to: $1,395.00. Yet, my store just charged this customer: $1,860 USD. When the customer tried to pay in Danish currency, it was trying to charge him over $10,000 USD so it wasn't converting to dollar at all. Then he switched the language to English and currency to English and checked out. Yet it still overcharged him by $465. Not sure what is happening here. This also happened to another product recently sold to Canada as well, were that customer was also overcharged. The payment module is: Authorize.net by presta-world not sure if I should check with the payment module providers or if this is a Prestashop core currency conversion issue. Where would I look to try and diagnose this issue? Payment module provider? Prestashop issue? Anyone else have this issue before? 5. I have sales Tax enabled for only 1 US state (ohio). Yet, when anyone adds items to my cart, the cart automatically shows this sales tax before they enter their address. 98% of our sales are out of state, and I constantly get calls and e-mails about tax exempt. Where I have to explain the tax will come off once they enter their address. Is it possible to hide the tax before entering the address, then when the address of Ohio is entered, it adds the tax? This seems backwards that is shows tax before they enter their address.
  6. Version: 1.7.8.1 Theme: ZOne Theme Version 2.5.9 Modules: I have many of modules (74 of them). None added in the past 6 months that should affect back-office that I am aware of. Using PC Browsers: Firefox & Microsoft Edge (Both Latest Versions) What I do know is I sorted my categories via the drop-down arrow by Name, and after that one sort, the ability to drag and drop to re-organize disappeared completely.
  7. I used to be able to sort my categories by dragging and dropping. But I was playing around and used the down arrow next to the name. When I did that the manual drag-and-drop sort just disappeared. Its has been weeks now, the drag and drop option is gone and I have tried everything. See image. Any suggestions?
  8. Well, I ended up finding 3 different existing modules. Here is what I have found: Product Customization - Add Text over the Product Image Module ($119) Product Customizer/Designer Module ($134.99) Web to Print - Product Customize Module ($134.99) I am surprised so many exist now. In the past, I needed this for other designs and this functionality wasn't available.
  9. I am looking of the ability to show a product, type text and have the text show over the product. Just like this Shopify store: https://www.wallsofwisdomhome.com/collections/name-signs/products/modern-family-name-sign-personalized-last-name-wall-art If you click Personalize below the product, you can type your own text, and the user can see their custom text on top of the uploaded image, then save to the cart. Is there a module that exists with this functionality? If not, where can I go to see how much someone might be able to help me implement this?
  10. I am having a hard time figuring out your Package Dimensions versus the USA standard dimensions (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and could not find any answers in the forum or even in Google images. Obviously the size of the package is important in determining the factor in shipping cost and I have already gotten this wrong a few times and lost money on shipping. I even found 2 posts which were never answered: Shipping height depth width and CSV Import: Confusing Terms So my question is: Can you please provide me with a diagram that shows: Width x Height x Depth? In the USA we use: Width x Length x Height. Getting these wrong costs a large amount money on our heavy items, especially when shipping internationally when costs are ridiculously high right now. Please see the attached diagram. Is this image correct in how Prestashop calculates these terms?
  11. I found out where to translate the titles, its done directly on each product page. Top right hand drop-down (Defaults to your language, mine is EN) and I can translate for each language by selecting the options one at a time. This is very slow and time consuming, was hoping to just find a quick way to translate all to English to overwrite my titles. Looks like I need to translate each product x 12 languages manually for every product I copied. So much for saving time by copying and existing product. For anyone else with the same issue.. DO NOT duplicate/copy an existing product to save time if you have multiple languages. Because its way more work to rewrite each language to get rid of the title that says: COPY OF and uses the title of the product you copied, rather than just adding the attributes. At least in my case when you rename the copied product, it DOES NOT rename it in all the other languages, it keeps the original title. What a pain.
  12. Let me simply since no-one answered: Is there a way to regenerate all my language files (except English)? It seems as if the other languages (not English) the product titles are not updating when I change the product name. See here: https://www.vetmax.com/gb/dental/25-sonus-ii-ultrasonic-dental-scaler.html this is GB Language File, but in English the Title has been changed to: Tri-Mate Dental Scaler, Polisher, Electrosurgery Unit. None of my other languages EXCEPT English is updating the title and page URL when I modify the title.
  13. This job is not longer needed. The issue has been solved.
  14. Problem solved: The issue turned out to be an error with the plugin: CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA v1.1.7 - by ETS-Soft. I just unchecked the login page and the error went away.
