Buongiorno a tutti. Ho necessità di applicare un'IVA agevolata solo per alcuni prodotti del catalogo del mio negozio e solo per alcuni clienti specifici che possono godere di questo tipo di IVA. Avete idea di come si possa fare? Io per ora ho creato un gruppo clienti specifico, ma ho solo la possibilità di scegliere se applicare o meno l'IVA. Se decido di sì, come deve essere, non mi fa scegliere quale tipo di IVA. Magari qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema ed è riuscito a risolvere? Grazie!

Nobody? I noticed that the problem is related to one specific product that is almost always automatically added to the basket. I removed it from the catalogue and created a new one instead. Could this help? Any advice? Thanks...

Salve a tutti, ho un problema con il mio negozio piuttosto grave... capita, talvolta, che un cliente si ritrovi nel carrello dei prodotti mai aggiunti. Mi pare di capire che si tratti sempre dello stesso prodotto in 8 pezzi! È capitato anche a me oggi e ieri ad una mia amica che aveva appena aperto il suo account, e si è trovata i prodotti nel carrello. Qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema? Consigli? Grazie mille!

Hi, I am having an issue with the cart of my e-commerce website. A friend of mine just opened a new account and when he logged in the first time, he found some products in his cart that he had never added, being that the first time he was visiting the website. I noticed that I have the same problem as not always the cart had the correct products that I have selected to add. Could there be a problem with the database? Where do these products come from? Why does PS add them to the cart? Any advise? Thanks!

Il modulo mi serve... non so se sia possibile gestire gli override per ogni singolo modulo. Comunque a me ha risolto il problema e lascio quindi sempre su NO.

Ciao, penso tu debba farlo nelle traduzioni in italiano, dove io ho fatto diverse modifiche anche per rendere più "italiane" alcune traduzioni superficiali. Percorso: Localizzazione -> Traduzioni. Scegli il tipo di traduzione + tema + lingua, poi vai a cercare i vari termini da modificare.

Hello - is it possible to restrict the cart to only one specific product, if that product is added? That is, if my client orders a sample box, he shouldn't be able to add more products to the cart, as for sample boxes we would use specific costs that we don't want to apply to all the rest of the catalogue. Hello, I have a problem I just can't figure out how to solve. In my shop I have one product (a samples box) that I would ship with free shipping. I tried with the creation of a new cart rule, but I have 2 problems: 1 - I would like the free shipping to apply if that product is the ONLY one in the cart. So if the client adds another product, free shipping is no more available; 2 - moreover, the biggest gap is that I ship only in Italy, where my shop is based, but my shipping fees are different, based on the area of destination. Carrier is much more expensive if I ship to the islands, for example. Now my shipping cost is 6.90 euros for all Italy, except islands for which shipping is 14.90 euros. Applying the free shipping I would still want the client on an island to pay the extra charge that the carrier asks me - just the extra 8 Euros, not all of it. So it should be: free shipping for Italy and 8 Euros for islands. Don't know if I explained it right... let me know if u have any idea. Thanks! John

Ciao, io ho messo su NO. Inizialmente avevo lasciato su SI, ma mi dava seri problemi con un modulo aggiuntivo relativo alla gestione dei CAP. Cambiato su NO il problema si è risolto.

MA che tu sappia, facendo l'upgrade tutto il lavoro che ho fatto per sistemare le traduzioni del mio tema e le e-mail viene conservato?

Sì, sto utilizzando 1.6.1.0... vedrò allora di procedere con l'upgrade!

Grazie - per ora ho modificato il file php, poi penserò all'upgrade, ma siccome per il resto mi sembra funzioni tutto, non vorrei avere nuovi casini con l'upgrade...

Salve, sto cercando di modificare il termine INVOICE che esce in testa al documento PDF della fattura. Non emettendo fattura, vorrei cambiarlo in RICEVUTA. Nelle traduzioni ho trovato tutto il resto e sono quindi riuscito a modificare le voci dei campi interni, ma quello in cima, a inizio documento, no... qualcuno sa dirmi dove lo pesco? Grazie!
