[HELP] Hello everyone! My hosting plan has expired and I decided to migrate my store to another server. My hosting has already been canceled and the old store is offline. I'm making a new prestashop store from scratch, but I just need to access information (description) of the old store's products. Since it's off the air, I can not do that. I backed up the files. Would anyone have any idea how to access the infos of the products through the files of the site? Or some way to migrate the site to another server so I can access and consult? Unfortunately as I do not have access to the administrative panel I can not perform the domain modification like in some tutorials I saw. Thank you! Important: I am a beginner. I have no interest in the old website, just like to enter the panel to consult infos of the products registered of the old site to register in the new prestashop site.

Como estou fazendo uma loja nova, do zero, apenas preciso acessar informações (descrição) dos produtos da loja antiga. Como ela está fora do ar, não consigo fazer isso. Fiz backup dos arquivos. Alguém teria alguma ideia de como acessar as infos dos produtos pelos arquivos do site? Ou alguma forma de migrar o site para outro servidor e assim poder acessar e consultar? Infelizmente como não tenho o acesso ao painel administrativo não consigo realizar a modificação do domínio como em alguns tutoriais que vi. Obrigado! Importante: tenho conhecimento de iniciante. Não tenho interesse no site antigo, apenas gostaria de entrar no painel para consultar infos dos produtos cadastrados do site antigo para cadastrar no site novo.

Hi Vekia, I put "position: absolute;" in line 5517 (global.css) below #header_logo but all blocks got mixed. Blockcart goes to above the logo and the blocksearch went to the middle of the page.

Olá amigo, não sou expert em prestashop mas algo assim já aconteceu comigo. Resolvi entrando em contato com o site de hospedagem e solicitando um backup do site para um dia em que ele estava sem problemas.

Hello, so as you can see in the pictures I want to adjust my images in the product page. But I tried to change in every image size in "Preferences > Images" and still don't work. The size I want is 329x458 (exact size image). On some pages the image is centered, and other is on the left for some reason. I've regenerate the images several times and wiped the cache! Could someone please help me? PS: In others pages the images are working fine!
