Import products - CSV file example

When csv import goods pointing subcategory "295/80R22.5" (it is created), which should get the goods, and the goods to the goods does not fall, and create a category"295" and subcategory "80R22.5" much and gets the goods. I need to place products in the subcategory "295/80R22.5"????
