1.6.0.14 I don't really know they only told me that it wasn't a virus, it was some corrupt files due to an executable that placed the hacker.

Finally my backoffice is working again, It was due to my prestashop was infected, there was corrupt files. Thank you for your replies.

I tried to disabe all the third party modules and nothing. I don't know why I can not acces to my backoffice but I guess It's because my web is infected. I have contacted a company that says they can solve the problem(I hope so), if they do I will share how do they do it. Btw, when I changed my hosting, I went from http to https (about a month ago), but it was this week when I was unable to acces Backoffice.

I just did it and .htaccess has been updated correctly: Last Modified Today, 12:13 I've cleared the browser cache and still nothing..

I turn off cache and clear it from backoffice and I turn off al I turn off cache and I clear it from backoffice and I turn off all non prestashop modules, and the error remain. I scan the site and I found virus My server is VPS I believe, but I don't see any database or apache2 logs in the log folder. At this point I don´t know what else i can do

Hola Musicmind, Tengo la versión 1.6.0.14. También he probado a regenerar el .htaccess y sigo sin poder acceder al backoffice.

Muy buenas hace más de 1 mes me hackearon mi página prestashop, desde el hosting me restauraron un backup anterior y mi página parecía funcionar. A causa de esto me cambié de hosting y en el proceso de migración me informaron de que mi página estaba infectada, pero que limpiaron los virus que encontraron. Desde hace un par de días cada vez que intento entrar al backoffice obtengo ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. He probado cambiar las UrL desde la base de datos en ps_shop_url, borrar cache desde el ftp, restaurar backups anteriores de mi tienda y he probado en diferentes pcs y nada. No se que más hacer. Desde raiola (mi hosting) me dicen que han intentado todo lo que se les ha ocurrido pero que creen que el virus a tocado algún archivo que provoca la redirección ¿Alguien que realice limpieza de prestashops y que crea que pueda solucionarme el problema? Gracias de antemano.

I deleted class_index.php I changed Backoffice to admin I clear my browser cache and I get the same page than before
