Hi everyone, I need to edit the description of all the products in my ecommerce. I imported those products with a .csv and I just edited that .csv adding the description field. Can I use this new .csv to import only the description field and avoid touching all the others data? Thanks, have a nice day.

Buongiorno, sto cercando di configurare un negozio facendo in modo che se l'ordine arriva da una nazione diversa dall'Italia venga applicata una differente tassazione. Ho importato tasse e lingua da Localizzazione > Lingue e vedo che sembra tutto configurato correttamente. Il problema è che la tassa sembra cambiare solo e unicamente in base a quella selezionata all'interno del singolo prodotto ("Regime fiscale") e non sulla base dell'indirizzo di fatturazione o spedizione. C'è un modo per "bypassare" quell'opzione e fargli applicare la tassa associata all'indirizzo di fatturazione? Grazie, buona giornata.

Hi, I'm trying to set up my Prestashop with this rule: if your invoice address is in a certain country > the invoice header change accordingly. For example, if someone's ordering something in the US I want my invoice to have "Prestashop USA, US address, US VAT number". If someone's ordering something in France, I want my invoice to have "Prestashop FR, FR address, FR VAT number". Is there a way to easily achieve this? Thanks a lot, have a nice day.

Hi all, I'm trying to install Prestashop on a new server, but it always get stuck at 12% (Creating database tables) with a generic error message that suggest to retry. Hello, I've got some problem on an old installation of Prestashop (1.5.6.0) with the products ordering. If I search for something and ask Prestashop to sort the results by Price, the system considers only the original price of those products and not the discount applied. For example, I have those products: A > Original Price: 2 520,00€, no discount, Final Price: 2 520,00€ B > Originale Price: 3 920,00 €, no discount, Final Price: 3 920,00 € C > Original Price: 4 053,27 €, -45% discount, Final Price: 2 229,30 € Now, I expect those products to be ordered like this (using Price "From lowest"): C, A, B. Instead, they are sorted like this: A, B, C. Even if I use the Price "From highest", they get sorted like this: C, B, A. Basically, it seems that Prestashop won't consider the discount applied on the product "C" when sorting the search results. Is there any way to solve this? Thanks a lot.

Il problema è che configurando l'importazione e selezionando tutte le varie colonne non succede nulla. Ecco il risultato quando provo a importare un .csv da una sola linea: Start... -------------csv-line #0------------- 0) reference: ; name: nomeprodottocsv Import is done Non credo sia un problema del .csv visto che nella fase pre-importazione mi riconosce correttamente le colonne e i relativi contenuti da importare. Non so però come controllare i log o come vedere quali problemi dia l'importazione. Avete qualche idea? Grazie mille, buon pomeriggio.

Hi and thanks for your answer! The file is just two line: the header and the line I want to import. I think that it's importing correctly because of the message I postet before since the $content of the name column is actually what I want. But nothing happens and my products are still empty.

I get something like this if I try with a .csv with just a line: Start... -------------csv-line #0------------- 0) reference: ; name: $content of the name column Import is done I don't think that this could be a .csv problem since I correctly see all the column and I can select what to import and what not to import, but I don't know how to check for some log or something that helps me with my problem.
