  1. The medicine you gave mate works like a charm (and like it should do as a matter of fact)> Thumbs up and thank you for your perfect solution. This can now be marked as SOLVED with the kind help of Mr. Jared Bolton ))
  2. Thank you very much, Jered Bolton, for taking the time to check this. I am going to make the changes straight away and will run tests to report back to you. Cheers!
  3. PROBLEM SEEN ON PrestaShop 1.6.0.11 Hello everyone. There is something really wrong here that I wish to fix asap cause it could be loosing me (possible you as well) lots of money. The case is this: Voucher for EUR 200 is created., with partial use enabled Customer fills cart with EUR 120. After checkout, for which the customer pays EUR 0, logically, PS creates a new voucher. Here is the catch. The new voucher should be of value EUR 80. HOWEVER, PS creates the new voucher with value EUR 120 = exactly the amount of the order. There is something completely reversed here and I would really appreciate if people have ideas what could be wrong. P.S. for extra clarity, I give you a possible scenario of the problem: Voucher code THOUSANDOFF for USD 1000, partial use ON 1st Order = $999 - new voucer THOUSANDOFF2 is created automatically for USD 999 2nd Order = $998 - new voucer blah bla for USD 998 3d order = $997 etc etc etc ... it would be the scam of the century.
  4. Can you do a screenshot of your BO: #1. currency settings #2. currency restrictions setting Thanks.
  5. PayPal cannot work with BGN. For this reason, you cannot accept BGN in Paypal. Consider adding EUR as currency and try my tutorial above. If you only target getting paid in BGN then maybe ePay is your option. Let me know how you proceed.
  6. Guys, Hello from me in Bulgaria. Big thanks to Ktapet for opening my eyes. Also big thanks to Eli Ivanova and to for akashheimlich their original solutions at the begining of this topic. However, after thinking about what ktapet said, it seems all these problems we all "had" are the result of bad configuring of our store. What worked for me requires NO CODING abilities and needs ONLY your correct configuring of your MODULES / PAYMENT section. Bellow I will give you screenshots of what otherwise is this configuration: 1. Default shop currency is EUR - Additionally I have USD and BGN (Bulgarian Lev) as installed currencies. Then, what you need to make sure, in your MODULES / PAYMENT section, scroll down to CURRENCY RESTRICTIONS section and select the PAYPAL radiobox for "Shop default currency" What I've found this to do is to automatically convert the Unsupported Paypal currency into the Shop's default currency. The result was great to see on my PS v 1.6.0.11 Here are two snaps of what I get from the above settings in practice: and after order: Hope this is helpful to others too and not only to me. Best of luck!!!
  7. SIR, YOU ARE A LEGEND !!!! Many thanks !!! confirm this worked for me on PS 1.6.0.11
  8. I regret to say that the support level is not what I expected... SAVE button actually saves from first attempt, but SAVE AND STAY refreshes the page, entered translations are lost and upon second attempt changes are saved.
  9. Hi Guys, don't know if I should start a new topic or not on this problem but here we go. I am translating modules via LOCALIZATION /TRANSLATIONS. Some of the fields are left empty and I browse to find them. As soon as I scroll down to one, fill the translation text and click on SAVE AND STAY, page reloads saying it was saved but I am sent to to TOP of the page. When I scroll down, the translation WAS NOT saved and only when I repeat the save and stay process, the translation is saved. Any ideas please of Why do I have to translate and save and stay twice, before the translation is saved? I am using PS 1.6.0.11
