  1. We have figured it out now. We set up a google G suite account and use the SMTP option and now all things are back to normal now. Since we use digitalocean, we have to use 3rd party mail server and Gmail seems to be the best option. You have to pay $5 per month though ($4 with a voucher). But it is worth otherwise you have to maintain a mail server by yourselves.
  2. Sorry the problem is different from the title. Now we found all the emails were actually sent but all sent to spam folders! We use one gmail account to send all emails. We set the gmail account as the the store contact email address as well. the email setting is 1. Use PHP's mail() function (recommended; works in most cases) not SMTP We also notice that all activities which need to send emails become extremely slow, for example, 1. registration 2. confirm order 3. resend email (BO) 4. send comments(BO) I tried setting _PS_DEBUG_PROFILING_', to true and attached the results here It seems no problem with the time of database access and file loading. The cpu loading is also okay. Can any one explain to me what is the next step I should try?
  3. Need help! I am totally lost. I have set up the browser api key and enabled three apis including the javascript one. I copied the key to the google map fix module. Not working.   4. I am really confused now. I got my ssl certificate and I tried to use it by enabling SSL at BO. After the process, I check my website but it seems no change at all. I tried to type https://mysite.co.nz and it will refer back to http://mysite.co.nz. I cannot see the green safe https. We use 1.5.6.1 version. Any help?

  6. Thanks, Bellini, Could you please tell me where to update the group restriction? No model restriction was set up for any group.

The Bug is repeatable: Any customer from the default customer group - no discount by default - no problem at all of using paypal, Any customer from a new group - setting up some discounts - then ordering these discounted products using paypal - the bug will be shown - cannot return to merchant website when clicking the "return to merchant" link. So the problem is that the money is charged but the order is in their carts. there is no problem if you order a non-discounted product. But it always happens no matter what type of discounts would be (overall discount or category discount) I don't know which part of code I should look at. I use 1.5.6 version. no module restriction is set up in the group. Help! any clue?
  8. Yes, I did enable "smart cache for js" but couldn't find "move js to the end"? I am using version 1.5.6 I don't know if it would be alright to manually move some js to the bottom. I think all 1.5.6 or earlier version websites should have the same problem.

  10. Hi, I just changed the domain name of one of our shops (prestsahop 1.5.6). I uploaded to google webmaster for crawling. Then I checked on google search and found the appearance is quite strange. It always has "... (empty) · en English (English) · " as the start of the description part My website name is flagseller.co.nz. Please help us to solve the problem. Many thanks.
