  1. My server is not working too. It's global server, domain is gc.co.nz
  2. There was nothing misconfigured DNS setting as I have followed exactly what the document asked. "Point A record to the IP 192.99.143.140" It was a Prestashop cloud had a glitch that not update its virtual host setting that give the alias name to point to given virtual host, not it's default host. After all, I did not change any DNS zone file, it just works after the support team fixed the problem and replied back. They fixed their server configuration, not my DNS zone file.
  3. I have received email from support team, confirmed that my DNS setting was correct and now it point to gc.pswebstore.com correctly. The support team also confirmed that I have to also add www.globalcomputers.co.nz separately to correctly point to gc.pswebstore.com as well. Conclusion is there was a glitch and all we have to do is modify zone file and point @ and www to IP 192.99.143.140 on A record. That's all. No need to change DNS to IP 192.99.143.140 and actually shouldn't I think Anyway problem solved. Thanks!
  4. My domain is hosted by Hostmonster and I have changed DNS record for A record to 192.99.143.140 as the instruction said. However when I type www.globalcomputer.co.nz or globalcomputer.co.nz it goes to the prestashop cloud control panel not the actual webstore. Which is same to happen when I type http://192.99.143.140 directly. What I wonder is that Prestashop Cloud have a glitch that they should add the globalcomputer.co.nz / www.globalcomputer.co.nz on its virtual host list but didn't Please correct me I'm wrong. The instruction clearly said to change A record of the DNS zone file, not change the DNS to the 192.99.143.140 . Afterall, when I NSLOOKUP 192.99.143.140 there is no record found for domain globalcomputer.co.nz
  5. Hi Thank you for your reply. The Prestashop Cloud document said (http://doc.prestashop.com/display/CLOUD/Managing+domain+names#Managingdomainnames-AddinganexistingdomainnametoPrestaShopCloud) "As the text explains, you have to configure the domain name's name server settings (or DNS)'s Type A record to point to the server's IP: 37.59.161.130 or 192.99.143.140 depending on your location. Follow the instructions on the screen, and within 24 to 72 hours, your store will be available on your domain from anywhere in the world. Remember to have both example.org and www.example.org point to the server's IP, since they are two different addresses." Which I understand that all I have to do is change A record of the zone of the given domain to 192.99.143.140 as shown on the picture. however it also said "In the case of PrestaShop Cloud, PrestaShop is the webhost, and you should have your domain's name server settings point to 37.59.161.130 if you are in Europe or in Africa, or 192.99.143.140 if you are in North America, South America, Asia or Oceania." Which I understand that I have to change DNS for the domain to 192.99.143.140 Which is correct? I rather want to use the former example so I can manage other host and MX record myself. If the later one have to be used, is there any way to control it's zone file?
  6. Hi, I'm setting up my store and linked one of my domain to the shop. I have set the IP correctly and the management console showed it's ACTIVE However whether it's www.XXX.COM or just XXXX.COM not, it only point to cloud console page, not actual webstore. It only point to https://www.prestashop.com/cloud/en/my-stores?init=listing I have not made it as PRIMARY as I do not have plan to do it. Does it only redirect to the store if it set to PRIMAY? I have few domain names and I would like to all of them point to the webstore. My domain to test is globalcomputer.co.nz / www.globalcomputer.co.nz It should direct to gc.pswebstore.com not https://www.prestashop.com/cloud/en/my-stores?init=listing Can anybody help me what shall I do? Cheers
  7. Yes, that was the process I have taken. I'm still wondering why my Presta Cloud shop is not offering installation directly from Presta Addon, my other cloud shop has been offered installation directly from Presta Addon without any problem.
  8. Thank you for your help! Now I have installed Paypal module!
  9. Hi, It's on Prestashop Cloud, there is no such way to manually upload modules right?
  10. Hi, I have set up a cloud shop and configured it. I also joined account for Presta-Addon as well. When I connect my back-office to Presta-Addon account, it was set up fine. However when I going to install a module to my cloud shop, there is no option to install but only download the file to my pc. It seems like that Presta-Addon does not know I have a cloud shop even though my back-office said I have connected with Presta-Addon with correct account. It's very strange, because I also have another cloud shop on different account name and it works just fine. Only this particular Cloud shop installation not allowed to install module from Presta-Addon. Can anyone help?
