I purchased a domain only package from 1and1. I created a new store on prestashop cloud and couldn't activate ssl so purchased a certificate through 1and1. They advised me to go with the unlimited pro hosting package that comes with free SSL. Since they have changed domain only package to a pro hosted package when I try to log into my prestashop store I get a 1and1 temporary homepage!! I rang 1and1 and they say I need to get my website files from pswebshop? how on earth do I get my website files back? I had no ftp user, nothing. Feel like crying! been working on my site for months. Any help with this will be massively appreciated.

I recently moved my domain name from 1 prestashop to another prestastop store now im receiving this error message when trying to checkout with paypal Error occurred: Please try to contact the merchant: <b>PayPal response:</b> TIMESTAMP -> 2015-08-18T08:57:18Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Im also getting a error message when trying to log in t back end saying the SSL certificate was created for another website your connection is not secure can anyone please help

I previously created a store on prestashop and added my domain name. Now I've created a new store and would like to assign my domain name to it but I'm getting error message 'domain already registered' I have unassigned domain name to old store and deleted the old store and still getting this error message. Can anyone advise on how to assign it to my new store please
