Don't see how it's different as i also couldn't find an obvious way to install the downloaded module. Exactly the same as the very first post. I created an FTP user and went the manual route but noted.

Hi guys, Please help.... Same issue with the 3rd party app. I downloaded the app from the store, it was free, developed by certified partners of petrashop. The app actually appears in the list on the back office but only has a $0.00 icon and no install or download option. This redirects me to the Petrashop marketplace where I download the module, but I have no option to install it or even browse for it on the back office. ???
