Ive been using Top horizontal menu v2.2.2 - by PrestaShop with no problem on Prestashop 1.6.0.14 but after my recent upgrade to 1.6.1 its is no longer working properly i just get a large block of pink (colour of theme) with a long list of my category's. Have attached picture. Could anyone please help me correct this problem. Thanks Dawn

I dont know how to switch on debug mode im a total beginner. I've been looking for some type of error log on my ipage control panel but cant seem to find one. I recently purchased a theme from prestashop addons that added a lot of extra modules. There was an error before i installed the template but it was intermittent and only happened on and off. Now i have the permanent 500 error.

Hi guys, Hoping someone can help me with this as I'm really struggling here, When in my admin panel modules > Modules i get the following error message Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Is this a problem within prestashop or on my server and how do i correct this? [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/hermes/bosoraweb163/b34/ipg.lornalovecouk/lornalovecouk/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templateparser.php: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) Im running Prestashop 1.6.0.14 Any ideas on how i may be able to correct this please.

I'm having the same problem but i do sometimes get into admin then when i click on anything inside admin it goes back to the login page.

I'm about going stir Crazy here, i managed to install prestashop after getting all sorts of errors and spending about ten hours just to get it installed. Now when i log into admin and try to do anything within admin and i mean ANYTHING it takes me back to the admin login panel. After attempting to change a picture on theme config it took me back to the login page where i entered my user n password and hit the log in button and i am now getting the following error. i'm trying to install Prestashop 1.6.0.14 onto my website but keep getting an error saying Not all files were successfully uploaded on your server. i have re-downloaded prestashop and deleted all files on my server and uploaded all the files again but still get the same error with the fresh install. Any ideas for this newby please.
