  1. Many thanks. Is there a bulk way to set all product quantities to 0? We'd still like to show prices, but with no way to add to cart or purchase. Thanks.
  2. Hi - My client is no longer trading but wants to show prospective buyers his shop and products. He suggests marking every item "Sold Out" - I suppose that's one way to do it. How could I make bulk changes to mark every product as "Sold Out"? Am open to other ideas as well. Many thanks!
  3. Co-signed - not very efficient at present - discourages one from updating modules.
  4. Thanks for your response. Let me show you the shipping fee list my client sent me as it explains my question, I think. Coffee Machine >> Free 1 pack coffee x 250gr >> 52 ThB (Thai Baht) 2 pack coffee x 250gr >> 67 ThB 3 pack coffee x 250gr >> 82 ThB 4 pack coffee x 250gr >> 82 ThB 5 pack coffee x 250gr >> Free How would any of you handle this in PrestaShop shipping? Many thanks again. PS: Perhaps I should tell him to increase the coffee (pods) price a bit and forget about the shipping fees?
  5. Thanks for your reply. My client is in Thailand and wants to make different banks available to customers to save them transfer fees between banks and make the transaction as easy as possible for them.
  6. Hello - I only see one field to add banks for wire transfers. Is there a way to add more banks that customers can use? And would these choices automatically appear when customer goes to pay? Many thanks.
  7. Hi - How can I add shipping prices depending on how many items a customer orders. Shipping cost is different if 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 items, etc. Thanks kindly for advising - Jeff PS: Isn't this something that many shops would need to implement? Or am I missing something?
  8. Sorry It is my fault that I've missed this. You're right. There is ps_theme table in old database and I've exported the database again and imported it to the new server and the website is back. Thanks so much for your kind assistance. Problem solved.
  9. The old database did not have this table either and the theme was working. By the way our PS version is 1.6.
  10. There is no table like that in database - I've checked the old database on the old server, which works fine. So no idea where this is coming from ... ?
  11. Thank you kindly for checking. I have activated PS_MODE_DEV for you to see the error code. Please visit the website link http://www.take-5-coffee.com/
  12. Hello - I have just migrated my whole PS installation to another host, Bluehost, and cannot get PS to work. I have tried everything I can think of such as removing .htaccess, importing mysql database again, clearing caches etc. The problem is it doesn't see PS themes. I have activated PS_MODE_DEV for you to see the error code. Please visit the website link http://www.take-5-coffee.com/ The problem is we are getting 500 Server Error after migration and you will see the error code after visit the site. Also, as I mention above, I have cleared caches, removed htaccess and regenerate it, changed setting.inc.php, shop_url s are correct, base url is correct " / ". I can log in to BackOffice but can't go to Preferences > Themes tab. It gives blank page. Error looks like this: Thank you kindly for any advice, tips, fixes, solutions! 13. Need more details on how I can do this. Hope PrestaShop tech could simply change URI back to "/" - do they do that? I no longer have FTP info to do this, which I believe I need ... Is there any way to contact a PS tech directly to ask them to help me with this? Very frustrating & been trying for days - calling, emailing, etc.
  14. Hi - I made a mistake in changing URI from "/" to my website URL. (Settings told me there was a wrong setting so changed it - to a bad one, unfortunately.) Now I cannot access my website or even login to backend to fix it because I made this error so cannot correct it. My site is/was www.take-5-coffee.com Can someone advise or help me change this setting back to "/" which is what I believe it should be? How can I get PrestaShop Tech Support to make this quick change? Many thanks. Need to get back up ASAP. PS: I have a site backup - can I somehow upload old DB via FTP or something?
