  1. PS menu can be ordered/stacked in different configurations. Check that menu item has not been moved elsewhere. Maybe, tough I cannot think of a reason to do so. Try calling its URL directly. Login to back office. Go to, say, Cart Rules tab, then replace the relevant part of the URL (the name of the controller) in the address bar: https://yourshop/youradmin/?controller=AdminCartRules&token=123abc... https://yourshop/youradmin/?controller=AdminSpecificPriceRule&token=123abc... One of two things may happen. 1- If you get the error "Controller not found' contact your developer and query. 2- If it is there you will get a warning "Invalid security token" (due to token mismatch). Ignore it and click on "I understand the risks and I really want to display this page", The tab should display (with the correct token). Note the menu item highlighted. This is where that tab is placed. You can move it around using (Administration > Menus). Or just bookmark it.
  2. Said functionality has been there since 1.5.2.0 and is definitely in 1.5.5.0. Make sure its tab (menu) is enabled. Administration > Menus > Price rules (expand) > Catalog price rules
  3. Instead of cart rules use (Price rules > catalog price rules) and for the product(s) to be discounted apply relevant reductions starting from relevant quantities. If you want to restrict the reduction to particular user(s), create a group for which the catalog price rule applies and add user(s) to that group.
  4. Could it be the case that the topmost orange color order status item shown in the second capture is too long and all columns after it are pushed to the right of the screen, requiring horizontal scroll? Try collapsing left hand side menu for more screen space for page content.
  5. There are number of stats modules that needs to be installed and enabled for admin home dashboard to display data. These are normally enabled by default. Just make sure yours are (Modules > Module list >Analytics & Stats).
  6. You cannot specify a range for the dimensions however you can restrict a carrier allocation by max dimension (Shipping > Carriers > [carrier] > Size, weight and group access). So you could setup a few carriers for small, medium, large sizes etc. Each product would have to specify dimensions too (Catalog > Products > [product] > Shipping). This of course opens up a can of worms with multiple category shipments. There are some modules (no experience with it) that may achieve what you want. Or one could be built to your exact specification; make a post at Job Offers if you don't find any existing module satisfactory.
  7. Use the translations tab to change any phrase to anything else. In this case you would be translating from English to English.
  8. Download MySQL Workbench. Set up a connection to a backup copy of the DB. Use Database > Reverse engineer Here is a capture showing PS 1.3.1 DB reveresed.using above method
  9. Registration form is made from many templates. Be more specific about what you want to change, and the PS version you are using.
  10. What we need to see to give an answer is the network tab of the developer tools showing the request parameters. Alternatively crate a minimal login for the back offcie and PM me credentials.
  11. I guess you are trying it with live edit. Not all modules can be hooked to all hooks. In the version you are using (1.5.6.2) specials module hooks left and right columns. If you want to display it in the center rename hookLeftColumn method of the main module file to hookDisplayHome and try live edit again. The template for the module will need styling changes to fit in tis new loaction. Take backups before doing anything.
  12. There is an extraneous comma immediately after the opening bracket in the fourth line from the bottom. If you did not make any changes then it is a PS bug. Tell me the full version of PS you are using.
  13. Tell your hosting company PS 1.4 tries to retieve an XML file of currency rates from PrestaShop. It first looks at the PHP setting 'allow_url_fopen" and if it is enabled it uses the PHP function 'file_get_contents' to retrieve it. If it is not enabled then it tries to retieve it with cURL. If your PHP version is greater than 5.1.2 there is no need for additional XML modules; simplexml is enabled by default.
  14. Before attempting any changes turn on the PS profiling and see where there are bottlenecks. 850MB data is normal even for a relatively mid-range shop but it does not tie in with 11K peak rate unless you turned off all PS stat modules. At the peak rate you are quoting the DB should be much larger. In any case it would benefit from cleaning various visitor and connection data. I am on the side of leaving visitor stat collection to server stat programs or Google Analytics instead of using PS.
