HI, I am trying to import images by csv and I believe I have the wrong path to my images. I am on Prestashop Cloud and can't determine what the absolute path is to my images. Can you tell me what I may be doing wrong?

Hi, I am in the process of creating a Prestashop online store on their server and even with FTP access, I don't feel I am seeing all of the internal folders being used by Prestashop such as the upload folder for images, etc. I uploaded my product images via FTP to a folder I created in the root directory. I referenced my product image urls to the same directory. The results after importing the CSV file are either all data is uploaded except images with no errors, or if I try to upload just one image using the Category format as a test, the result is, "unable to copy (image url). I have tried various syntax changes and have exhausted all possibilites that I am aware of. All help is appreciated.
