Hi, my backoffice started to load extremely slow (300+seconds), the fron office is ok, I have disabled addons API calls. Only way the backoffice is usable is in debug mode, which loads with one error, see below. Hi, I transfered my previously working PS 1.7.2.0 from shared hosting to VPS. I downloaded all the files, ziped them and unziped on VPS, changed the parameters.php to connect to new database, so basically it is an exact copy of the PS on previous hosting... Nearly everything works, I can place orders, all the modules seem to work fine, but some things in backoffice does not. I get error 500 and on debug there is an silent error in AdminController.php on line 439, I found this file in root/classes/controller but I do not know what is wrong there or I have no clue where to look next. I get this error on modules list, when changing order status, on product list in BO, propably on more places, but I did not try everything, although the same error appears in debug for all the mentioned cases. I have a Cloud VPS on CentOS 7 with Plesk 17.5, PHP 7.0.28 with default settings, I just set more memory (1024M) execution time (360) max input (60) post max size (64) and upload filesize (32). I checked with the Prestashop manual and I could not find anything that would point me to any misconfiguration, but I am not an expert... Did anybody have the same issue, do you know what to do or what might be wrong? I would be really grateful. Thank you very much

Hi, I am having some issues with error 500 when trying to upgrade from 1.7.1 to newest version using 1-Click upgrade. I believe it is due to reseting the htaccess file. Is there a way to change this in some file in the install .zip? Anybody knows where to find it? Thanks

Thanks, I know that.. The file is generated automatically from the "Webnode" eshop provider... There is no way to get it differently. I am looking for a quick way to edit it so that it would be valid.. There is even a XML feed available

PS 1.7 Hi, when the "Select option" instead of "Add to cart" button is enabled in setting it does the following in the category lists: Product with combinations (in stock) -> Select option -- OK Product with combinations (default combination is out of stock) -> Select option (inactive button) -- Should still work as other combinations may be available, only when no option is in stock, there should be a "not in stock" instead or at least an inactive "select option" button. I for example have a 3 different sizes of product, when the default runs out of stock, I still want the customer to be able to click that button to get to the product page. Now one would think it is out of stock completely... Product without combinations (in stock -> Add to Cart --OK Product without combinations (out of stock) -> Select option (inactive button) -- doestnt make any sense, should be "not in stock" instead of the button or inactive "add to cart" button. The inactive select option does not make sense at all there.. See attachement for better understanding. I use Czech language (Add to Cart = Přidat do košíku; Select Option = Vybrat velikost) I would appreciate a quick fix.. I believe this is an essential issue with this function in PS. If there is somebody who could fix this for me I would be really grateful! (I am willing to pay for the work) Thanks!

Hi, the original prestashop module ps_legalcompliance does not work how it should. When the add "from" to price when combinations available is turned on, it displays e.g. from 200 CZK, as this is the price of default combination, but if the price of another combination is lets say 150 CZK, it still displays 200 CZK as it is the defauld one. I need it to consider all the combinations and to display the cheapest not considering which is default - I find more logic in this.. And I need my default combination to be in the middle with price, having cheaper and more expensive combinations.. Anybody can help? Thanks! I use PS 1.7.2.0

Hi, I have PS 1.7.2.0. I experience a problem with saving (mainly) products, but some other switch buttons in theme control panel do not work either. I tried to switch back to default theme as somebody suggested with similar problem with PS 1.6. There is no file to edit as some of the suggestions for previous version were (PrestaShop/admin-dev/themes/default/template/controllers/products/helpers/form/form.tpl). In debug mode there is anything that would scream "I am the problem", after pressing the save button, green success block appears. Only thing in debug mode are a few of translation not found warning and one silenced error (attachement). I have no idea where to look and how to fix that. I also tried different performance settings, with and without cache, smarty etc. Can anybody help please?
