    Thanks El Patron, I'll set Cache to "NO" while working in back office! With regards to "LOCALIZATION" settings automatically being reset every few weeks/months - should I contact GoDaddy to see whether they automatically refresh their servers?

    El Patron, thank you for kindly responding to my question!! I want to clarify, when I work in my back-office, I should switch the caching type to MySQL? And when I finish working in my back-office, should I switch back to File System? Thank you!

    I thank you dearly for your prompt response and apologize for my delayed one. These are my cache settings under "performance". Is it possible that any of my settings forces my Localization settings to reset automatically every time there's a modification or every few weeks? Or would it be a problem on the server side? - By the way, I own 2 websites under the same hosting service (godaddy) and settings were reset on both websites.

    Any advice/help is appreciated. Every few weeks/months my "LOCALIZATION" settings are being automatically reset. This means my localization setting, country (enable country), currencies - are all automatically DISABLED every few weeks. I've lost a ton of sales because of this issue, so I'm really grateful if anyone could help.

    Would anybody know how to edit the contact-form.tpl to add a simple text for the FAQ?

    Hello. I would like to add an FAQ link on my Contact Us page to reduce the number of inquiries: https://nippon-tiger.com/contact-us I assume you have to edit the contact-form.tpl file (themes>your theme). How do I add an FAQ link below the "SEND A MESSAGE" header on the contact form? For Example "If you have a question, please read our FAQ to see if you can find your answers!" Thank you in advance!

    On Prestashop 1.4.5 the Mail Alerts module is disabled by default. SOLUTION: 1. Go to MODULES in back-office 2. Under Administration tab, find Mail Alerts 3. Install Module (and configure if necessary) Hope this helps PS - Please edit post as [sOLVED]

    Hi Cactusman, Thanks for your reply. I was wondering how you did it on your website with the image and the text above it (for example, "SSL Security" followed by image which is linked. I really love the text with picture combination! Max PS - could anyone please tell me if there are any forum posts answering my first question??? I can't seem to find any even though (to me) it's a big issue. Thanks in advance!!

    Dear all, I'm trying to add a Facebook Like Box, Paypal Verified Logo, Join us at Twitter images on either the left or right hand side of the home page. The module "freeblock" doesn't work because it creates a border around the html code I place. Are there any ways to add these images (from control panel, or editing the template, etc)?
