Hi Vincent. The store was recovered after I put in a support ticket. The ticket was answered quickly and all is restored, so that is great. So the good impression left with me by your support team has now been ruined by you feeling it necessary to insult me with the 'trolling' accusation and your 'won't convince you' comment? My question is valid. My store was gone, I did not receive any emails warning it would be removed and I could not find anything anywhere that made it clear that if I didn't log in for a period it would be removed. I was asking if this was normal and expected someone would explain why it was removed. That's all. I had no ulterior motive other than looking for an answer.

Wow. What happened and when? And is the platform stable now?

Last year I started setting up a Cloud shop but due to health and a few other things I couldn't finish it but intended to as soon as I could. Now I try to go back to it to get it finished but it seems like it has been deleted and I have lost all my work. Is this normal? I received no email to tell me it would be removed nor can I find any info anywhere to say this would happen.

I am using the default theme. When the sub menu drops down it contains 2 images for specials. Can someone tell me where I can change these images, please?

Hi All The image I have attached show the old problem with subcategory images, and even though I can upload a thumbnail for the category it isn't used. I have read a lot in the forum about this issue and many posts about fixing this by making your own 125x125 image and uploading it to overwrite the system generated one. In Prestashop Cloud this doesn't seem possible. When I look at the location of the file it is in '/c/23-medium_default/necklaces.jpg'. However, when I FTP in there is no folder 'c' anywhere. I have looked everywhere and can't find the file so I can replace it. Is there any fix to this problem at all in Prestashop Cloud?

SOLVED: Switching between themes removed the top menu block out of the Header (HTML). This broke it. No idea why it was removed but al least know how to fix it.

As this seems to be a technical issue thought I would be relevant to post here. As I wanted to change some css, to be safe I decided to create a new theme based on the default on. So I used the back office function to create a new theme based on the default theme. When I switched to that theme the slider disappeared and some images at the top were messed up. The logo also is no longer clickable. So I then switched back to the default theme and it is now the same. Images attached. I have looked hard at everything and still have no clue what happened or how to fix it. At a loss now. Can anybody provide any insight into this please?

SOLVED - After some searching found that I can access through FTP.

Hi All Using the default theme without much change at all. I decided to create a new theme by copying the default theme. When I switched to the copy the top slider and images and menu were not displaying correctly. Then I swtitched back to the default theme and it also is now not displaying menu, slider correctly. I have attached images. The Live Edit also has no locations as you can see, the slider is all enabled with images and the top menu is also enabled. How do you get to the files in PrestaShop Cloud?

Hi If I create my own template based on the default template, can I access the css files somehow so I can change colours etc?

Strange thing to blacklist. Must have a meaning I am unaware of.

Thanks Paul. This is the default theme on Prestashop Cloud. I have attached a screenshot and circled in red what I mean. You can see the links have the same colour as normal text and hence are not obvious. I have searched admin but can't seem to find any way to alter the colours.
