  1. Hi, Whenever I try to add attachments larger than a certain filesize (I do not know what that value is, possibly 128MB), it starts uploading and then I get a "404" error and no file is uploaded. Unless I have missed one of them, I have changed all the PrestaShop options I need to change. I have configured PHP resource limits correctly, as far as I know. Anyone have any ideas?
  2. I have gone with InMotion instead, as they are a Presta partner with Presta expertise and I have seen many, many great reviews. So far I am very happy with them and the level of support they have offered. Though Liquid Web seem like they would have also been a pretty good option!
  3. I have recently tried to get PrestaShop installed on a dedicated Bluehost server. Guess what? Which proved to be impossible and trust me I and the PrestaShop Support Team tried every damn thing sort of re-imaging the server. Bluehost were of no use. After almost a week of trying to get them to resolve the issue, I finally had them respond. Guess what the "solution was"? To upgrade CPanel because PHPMyAdmin was slow. Which is a very poor solution to the "Create Database" issue! I tried it anyway and of course, it did not work. After a week had passed I had to blatantly tell them to re-image the server. They figured that since I did not respond to their moronic PHPMyAdmin issue, they could stop working and see if it would fix the issue. That was incredibly stupid and I did not let them get away with that. So they said they would re-image. But **48** HOURS later this had not happened. By this point my client had been waiting over a week to get PrestaShop installed and Bluehost had been made aware of this and that I was about to claim a full refund. In short, Bluehost support is populated by people with no expertise in the subject and whom feel it Ok to do nothing while waiting for a response to an obvious non-solution. Even when they do promise to do something it takes days and days, if you can get them to do it all. I would suggest avoiding Bluehost like the plague....
  4. No, I have been unable to get a migration to work, for some reason, so that is not an option.
  5. No, changing the MySQL timeout does not seem to have helped any, though I was not very hopeful that it would.
  6. I have no trouble installing this locally, or on my VPS server hosted by the same company, Bluehost. But, no luck on the Bluehost dedicated server I am trying to install this on. I have changed the PHP timeout on my clients dedicated server, on the to a large value, about 300, which is clearly more than enough for this purpose. I am going to try change the mysql connect timeout variable as well, perhaps that will help!
  7. Has anyone actually solved this, other than the ISAM thing, which does not seem to be the cause of the issue in my case? Installing in IE8 is ridiculous suggestion which obviously is not of any help.
  8. I am attempting to install the current (version 1.6.0.14) version of PrestaShop, however it fails at about 12%. I know this issue has been known to exist with previous versions, but I would like to see if anyone has anything I could try to help me install *this* version.
